Tour des Voyageurs

I like the convenience of the place, underground parking, ski lockers, right next to cabriolet that takes you to the ski lift. Room was slightly outdated but we were skiing and having hot shower, clean towels and comfy bed were more than enough for us. As an extra kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, fridge in a room for quick breakfast and sauna with outside hot tub after ski. Overall I would definitely recommend that place!

Cabriolet was broken almost entire stay! Lost a lot of time on shuttle instead of skiing!

Nice sized room. Very clean and super convenient for catching the ski lift and close to restaurants and bars.

I stayed at this property mid January. All in all it was a good stay. My only complaint was the toilet. The chain kept on breaking. Maintenance tried to fix it but it failed shortly after. I ended up fixing it myself. My other complaint is the fitness center. It opens at 8AM which in my opinion is way too late. Most other hotels are open 24 hrs or at least opened by 5 or 6. The room amenities were very good. Refrigerator, Microwave, cutlery, plates, bowls, toaster etc. I bought my meals at the IGA in town and kept it in the fridge. This is great for those on a budget or who don't want to spend an enormous amount of $ eating in the village. Another great feature is the very close proximity to the Cabriolet plus the ski trail that goes to the front door of the Voyageur two. I will recommend the Voyageur and will most likely stay here when I come back.

4th year staying here and still hasn’t disappointed

Les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. La literie aussi. Nous avons couché 3 nuits mais n’avons pas eu droit au service de chambre. Oui on peut le demander mais il me semble que lorsque la chambre est louée pour trois nuits ça devrait être automatique.

L’hôtel est excellent

Hotel bem localizado, porem meu quarto estava com problema com o aquecimento, foi avisado a recepção que disse que enviaria a equipe de manutenção e nada foi feito. Na mesma noite foi avisado novamente, a recepção onde a mesma informou que nao havia manutenção naquele horario e o responsável nem se preocupou em oferecer um outro quarto, uma falta de respeito considerando que estava com uma criança no quarto e com temperaturas abaixo de zero no exterior.

Super easy to check in and out, rooms were clean and cute. Pull out couch was so so comfy which is rare and staff was helpful with everything!

Amazing location but for the high price the service was terrible and the sofa bed was even worse.

Just great

All 4 days we were at the hotel, 1 elevator was closed. So all guests had to wait long times for the 1 elevator that functioned. The moment you speak English, and not French, the reception staff is less friendly to you.

The property was in a bad condition. hot tub was very dirty and foaming in the tower we were staying. shower inside the unit vas very dirty and microwave was working on and off.

Cet établissement a mal vieilli, ça manque d’amour… mais le pire, c’est le problème d’insonorisation!!!! Ouf, les murs et le plafond sont en carton on dirait!!!! On entendait tout ce qui se disait dans la chambre à côté…

Great location and nice clean property

Pros: location at tour II is great for skiers. Coffee machine keurig (in the room) makes great coffee. Con: the property shows the old age. It needs to be upgraded. Bed and sofa bed are old and very uncomfortable. The walls are so thin that tenants can hear each other.
