Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The food for breakfast as well as the dinner menu is all incredible and the staff was so kind: we had some early morning tour departures and they made us little packed breakfasts each morning. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with a small little strip of dining and stores about a 15 minute walk away

The staff members were super friendly and helpful. They made me feel appreciated. Food was great,too!

Primero que todo agradecer a Todo el personal en general y a cada uno de los seres humanos en particular que trabajan en el hotel, por la amabilidad y gentileza. Siempre dieron lo mejor de sí, para que nuestra estadía fuera placentera y renovadora. Muchas gracias a Hotel casa arrayán por recibirnos, por los extraordinarios desayunos (con opciones veganas para mi hija. Lo cual se valora) la sabrosa y pronta carta menú (entre muchas tantas instancias positivas). También mencionar favorablemente las sesiones de Reiki y masajes que tiene como extra opcional el hotel. La familia completa se sometió a la terapia y quedamos profundamente agradecidos del nivel de expertiz del Terapeuta. Por lo mismo, si la agenda del hotel lo permite y puede recibirnos, es un lugar al cual nos gustaría volver para reencontrarnos con las montañas, la naturaleza, la tranquilidad y sobre todo reencontrarse con uno mismo y amablemente, con los demás.

Falta de mantenimiento edificio en general y alrededores. Entorno descuidado. Otras edificaciones muy cerca.

Es muy tranquilo y acogedor. Pude descansar mucho.

Petit hôtel très sympathique, parfait pour partir vers les montagnes.

El lugar muy lindo y acogedor, todo de muy buena calidad. Una vista privilegiada. La comida sencilla, pero rica. El desayuno fenomenal!!!!

Extremely comfortable bed, nice hot shower and the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel (fresh baked bread, waffles, fresh fruit, fresh cooked eggs, juice, coffee, etc. etc.). Located right off the only road leading to the ski resorts outside Santiago. Hotel owner Angelica went above and beyond in helping us to plan our trip up to the snow and preparing us for all the possible curves in the road (literally and figuratively). She was also very sweet, thoughtful, and she speaks nearly perfect english. Definitely recommend this hotel for those that want to go skiing in Chile!

El hotel se encontraba en reparaciones. No pude dormir en toda la noche porque la cisterna del W.C. del cuarto de al lado perdía agua y hacia un ruido muy molesto hacia mi habitación. El trato no fue muy agradable. El check-out debimos realizarlo a las 12 en punto, sin posibildad de dejas las valijas, practicamente nos echaron a esa hora...

Loved the place. It's both beautiful and charming.The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was a treat to look forward to every day, as were our hosts. Breakfast was the only meal available, and the driveway is a bit uphill, but these contribute to the intimacy of the hotel. Only a dozen rooms, in a private Andes setting, truly hard to beat.

Muy buen hotel, lindo paisaje, seguridad y tranquilidad un 100% excelencia. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Mis hijos quieren regresar.

First off, this is no hotel, it is a bed and break feast. The owners/managers were not friendly at all. As soon as we got there, all of the rules were spelled out; no food or drink in the rooms or living area, I went out for a smoke well away from the rooms only to be told later, "No smoking", if you are going to come back to the hotel after 9, you have to make special arrangements, etc. After 1 hour we told the manager we would only be staying the 1 night, since it was already about 8 P.M., and not the whole 8 days. Although they had good rates, in my opinion it is not worth it. Stay away!

First off this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. You enter the property a gate at the main road. You use the intercom to request the gate to be opened. This may not be such a safe thing to do late at night. You do not get a key to the gate. If you plan to be out after 10PM you will have to make prior arrangements with the manager. We were told by Andrea the manager there is no food or drinks allowed in the rooms or lobby area. They can be consumed in the dining room or kitchen only. The couple I went with smoked. They were told the ENTIRE property was nonsmoking. The room details are misleading. Our reservation stated "A coffee/tea maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator are supplied." These amenities are NOT in the rooms but in the kitchen. You also get free WiFi but you can't get a signal in your room. The TV in our room was smaller than my home PC monitor. You cannot use the pool. The pool bottom was very dirty and the water was cloudy. The wire mesh seating and tables were filthy. Due to the safe access to property, misrepresentations about the room and rules restriction placed on us we decided it was best to attempt to get a refund. We talked to Andrea and she said "they don't give refunds". We decided to stay one night (it was already after 6PM) and leave in the morning. Our original reservation was for 8 nights. We would take the refund issue up with Hotel.com. I took photos to back up the conditions we encountered at this property.

En hotel trabajan 2 persona,una Señora de manana,otro persona que bastante joven y me costo perder mi vuelo.Hotel no dan llave para la porton que esta ubicado en abajo.Tengo que esperar 1 hora que abren porton para entrar Hotel.Deseyuno estaba sin huevo,sin queso,solo carbonhidrato.Calefactor funccionaba primer 2 noches otro noche tengo que dormir frio.

Estancia muy buena, buen servicio, estadía tranquila. Lugar silencioso. El lugar y el hotel preciosos, rico desayuno. El único pero, es que traté de cambiar la reserva, no sentí que me atendieron tan amables por teléfono.

Good base to go skiing to Valle Nevado area if chains are not required. Advise: For a dinner order only a salad in the hotel.
