Very clean and great room, nice staff, and perfect location in Santiago. Seems like a very safe area. Could use a coffee machine or a smart TV but otherwise great.

For the price, is a very good deal.

The room on the street side is noisy.

Had everything I needed

Comfortable and clean. Good wifi, good AC, good shower. Kitchen included. The little snack box was a nice touch.

The air conditioning is on the ground floor of the loft and so the bedroom is very hot. Would also say if I did Santiago again, I would spend more money and stay in an area a bit nicer and that felt safer

The location and the staff were good, easy for exploring the old town and willing staff to assist when needed. We chose the Loft apartment, sold on the marketing images of views to the Andes and ideas of sipping Pisco Sours on the balcony after a day of blissful exploration of the city. Sadly the experience was quite the opposite with perhaps a glimpse of a mountain - whether that was the Andes or not was difficult to tell between the large office and apartment blocks and the smog of Santiago. The balcony was, well, not a balcony - instead a suggestion of what a balcony could be if it was an actual balcony, definitely too small to swing a cat and thus no cats were harmed! Perhaps our own fault for believing too much into the marketing images, but fellow travellers be aware. If you are looking for a centrally located, clean and secure place to stay on your visit Santiago, this is your choice. Just don't expect the views or the Pisco sours on the balcony.

Great location with central city square within walking distance, close to metro, supermarket and park. It was quiet. Reasonably clean.
