Loved the duplex distribution. A chair is needed in the bedroom, upstairs. Nice and quiet. Good location. Although the place is in the downtown area, there is no problem arriving or moving around. Next to the beautiful Santa Lucía hill. Anything needed is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

O apartamento estava super limpo, com todos os informes dentro menos a máquina de café expresso que ficaram de colocar no segundo dia mas eu acabei desistindo de pedir. Ótima localização, indico muito o local.

The property is situated close to Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Parque Forestal, Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas, l was very pleased with my stay, they were very accommodating, brought snacks while there, l was extremely cold the first night but l survived. Plenty of restaurants, shopping center, but the neighborhood is a bit shady with homeless right outside the same block. I checked out yesterday, erroneously booked until the 25th, asked for a refund and was diverted to ask “Booking”. I am pretty sure booking may brush me off, l has requested a flight for the 25th but somehow it was for the 24th. The room is spacious, good size bathroom with tub, although there was no plug to use it, a functional kitchen, refrigerator and utensils and dishes. A nice place to stay! Thanks Daniela, and everyone.

Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request.

Clean and comfortable. Our first room was a little noisy since this large city is very active during traffic hours. But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location.

La habitación me encantó, estuve en un loft y me gysto que tuviera dos balcones. Para mí el Internet estuvo bien. Me saco de onda que la cama estuviera en rueditas, cada vez que me movía se movía la cama. La regadera esta un poco pequeña, mido 175 y sentía algo encerradq. Me gusto que justo atras hubiera un mercado y en la esquina un oxxo. Esta muy cerca a varios lugares y pude explorar. Me gustaría regresar algun día

The apartment was a loft with the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs do not have a handrail. There is a fan above the bed which helped circulate the cool air. For two nights this was a comfortable place. The kitchen did not have many utensils if wanting to do a lot of cooking. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick for me. Even being on the 8th floor there are was a lot of street noise in the night. This felt like a safe place with 24 hour desk staffing. It's close to a mercado and attractions.
