This is the 3rd time I stayed at the hotel.
The hotel is very conveniently located with a big mall right beside it with so many restaurants inside to choose from. There is also a huge supermarket at the far end of the mall. The electronic market HuaQiang North is just like 5 minutes walk away.
The washing machine was not working in our room so we called the front desk. A technician came in a timely manner but was not quite able to figure out a solution and indicated the unit would need to be replaced. We thought there was no way the hotel would get us a new washer in time … maybe in a few days. Lo and behold!! We heard noises after about 30 minutes outside our door and went out to take a look. The technician came back with his lady supervisor, another staff AND a brand new washer! The supervisor tried some more testing and the washer was fixed on the spot. We were glad that the machine was fixed not requiring a new replacement but absolutely amazed by the fact that Fraser Suites would have spare washer for replacement at any time. Their staff was also very efficient.
We felt assured that there was always door person at the entrance of the hotel who greeted us warmly.
For room cleanliness, staff efficiency and accessibility, Fraser Suites would be my first choice of stay at Shenzhen.

I had a pretty good stay - this was my 5th at the hotel and over the years the breakfast has become a little less impressive year by year. But what the breakfast is missing- you will get in service if you are so lucky to meet Zoey in the front desk. She is among the best at a front desk I have ever meet. Service, smile and a super good English- I really hope she is there next time I come to Fraser Suites in Shenzhen - because I am coming back 😀🇩🇰🇨🇳

Fanns ett extremt stort badrum med både badkar och vanlig dusch samt en asiatiskt toalett som är extra hygienisk. Jättevänlig personal som hjälper till och trevlig frukost där man kan sitta både ute och inomhus. Läget var väldigt nära tunnelbana, möjligheten till taxi, samt flertal stora shoppingmalls samt deras tech world.
Jättetrevligt gym samt bastu med både torr och ångbastu.

The location of the place is good and metro station close by. A lot of shops, restaurants and shopping malls are directly opposite of the place (AVIC City). The room was really spacious and there was nothing defective but unfortunately shows some serious wear in basically every corner. Additionally the dark woodish style makes the room feel very old school.
Breakfast was nice with a wide selection of various foods, both western and Asian but seating space is rather limited (staff opened up seats in the hot pot restaurant opposite of the breakfast room). Gym unfortunately is only basic and the machines a bit meh.

The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins.
