Great hotel and best staff

The look and design of the interiors are very pleasant. It’s nice to see attention to details and quality. Check-in, out were quick. I really appreciate early check-in that I didn’t even need to ask for. The room was ready and available way earlier regular time.

The Staff is super friendly, even if they don´t speak english sometimes they try, I arrived 8 am in the morning from 35 hours flying and let me check in that early that was amazing forever gratefutl with the manager. you don´t see that anymore.

El hotel es fantástico. Aunque no hablan inglés, cosa que es muy común en China, intentan entenderte y hacerse entender por todos los medios. Todo está sensacional, la habitación inmejorable con vistas a la Cantón Tower y con todas las comodidades, el desayuno es realmente sensacional. Volveremos a este hotel sin duda.

I usually dont bother to write a review, but I wanted to share my better-than-expected experience of the Vaperse Hotel as I read some reviews that almost deterred me from staying there. The location is excellent, and an underground car park is available if you are driving. Check-in was efficient, no problems with the language barrier, and it was better than the average English level if you compare it to other non-western hotel chains. I had the apartment room which consisted of an open-plan bedroom, living room and kitchen area. The lever of comfort in the room is not outstanding but practical and functional, definitely acceptable for a 4 star. Everything was clean and nothing felt too run down. Bed was actually excellent, very firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Really very difficult to fault this place other than picking on minor things but if you can get this hotel on special, its very much worth it and you should have a comfortable stay.

As a frequent traveller I prefer to leave constructive criticism instead simply not returning to a hotel. Good points: Location is great. Room size and divider was amazing. Bathroom was nice, well equipped. Lobby was extravagant lots of marble. Bad points: Odd smells on the upholstery not very pleasant for a 5star rated establishment. Either a subtle room fragrant or deep steam clean of the sofas I think. Bed was very firm. Not sure if that’s a local preference. For a non smoking hotel I could smell smoke often. I even saw the guy by the lifts with a cigarette. Lack of sound proofing. So could hear staff and guest conversation in the morning around 5-8am in the corridors. Hope this helps with the improvement.

The traffic can be quite bad around that area, but the hotel stay makes it worth it.

Great hotel that is walking distances to the IFC. There are nice restaurants nearby. Also the hotel staffs were really helpful

There were no shops or grocery stores nearby

지하철역 이용하실거 아니면 택시만 타실 분이면 위치에 아무런 불만이 없을거예요. 조식 가격은 좀 비싸지만 나름 잘 나오고 잘 먹었어요. 다음 출장때 또 이용할거예요.

Great place to stay to experience Guangzhou. Very walkable to park area, museum, opera, mall of the world, and plenty of street level shopping & amazing restaurants. I could have stayed here for a week and had plenty to see and do. Staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Ekte 5 stjerners hotell - svært fornøyd. Bodde på dette hotellet i forbindelse med Canton Fair 2024 og er godt fornøyd med valget. Hotellet og rommet var stort, flott og moderne, betjeningen var serviceinnstilt og frokosten var stor og variert. Vi ble oppgradert til et større rom ved innsjekk og endte opp i byggets nest høyeste etasje. Bodde i en type presidential suite for en svært rimelig penge. Fikk utrolig mye valuta for pengene. Det eneste negative var noe svak Wifi signal - ingenting annet å klage på enn dette. Skal du reise på Canton Fair så kan jeg trygt anbefale dette stedet. Hotellet hadde satt opp gratis busser til Canton Fair komplekset som gikk hvert 20 minutt frem og tilbake.

The staff hardly speak English. For Canton fair so many foreigners descend upon this hotel and what is the point if you don't have English speaking staff? The breakfast place is VERY vegetarian-unfriendly. The noodles, rice etc. is not vegetarian. The omelette is made using the same pan of those eating meat or pork. How can this be an international hotel when people don't speak English and basic vegetarian dietary is not met? How?
