Located right next to the lake park! However, it is also located next to residential area and a hospital.

Really great spacious room overlooking the Lake. Despite a firm handle on English, the staff strived very hard to meet all my needs. Good food options like in the Lakeside Cafe and cool outlook overlooking the Lake! Was a shame that some facilities were closed like the pool, but a good value stay nonetheless!

The property is very nice the front desk staff is not the friendliest and maybe because there was a language barrier we had issues with the check in. However they offered room service and they understood well and the hotel is very pretty and clean only issues we had was there seemed to be low pressure when using the cold water. Overall good stay with minor issues.

This hotel is very nice, the staff had limited english (only the manager could speak english), but the staff did fix any problem that came up. During the winter, air conditioning is not available (only heating). The hotel is very close to a large park. The room was very large, very nice, and had a great view of the park (ask for a view of the park). The area is very safe and close to restaurants, massage stores, and many other things. You will need to take a taxi to go to the subway. Tours are available at the concierge desk. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is very nice (free brunch included). There is a pool, spa, and gym available as well. I would highly recommend this hotel, but ask for a room in the large building.

Pros- view of the lake, free drinking water. Cons- rooms designed for solo travellers, so only one seat. Rooms are not soundproofed and curtains aren’t black out so not great if you are a light sleeper. Air conditioning controlled by reception and can’t be changed. It was so hot and stuffy, very uncomfortable. Broken hooks in the bathroom so towels have to go on the floor or hang on back of the one seat! The maid doesn’t clean the room, just makes the bed. E.g. One bin wasn’t emptied for three days. Location is not convenient as far from subway and tours won’t collect from boundary of 2nd ring. The pool had gross towels down around floor to stop slipping. The breakfast is extortionate compared to other restaurants in the area and overall the staff don’t seem to want to deal with westerners. This is not a convenient hotel and is primed for Chinese business men. It is definitely not 5 stars. If you are a tourist, I’d recommend staying closer to the Forbidden City, and within the 2nd ring boundary. Don’t be fooled by photos. It’s not worth it.

这次北京之旅，入住人卫酒店房间干净，够大，卫生间也不错, 我被安排11楼，视野可以见公园，由于正值国庆阅兵前夕，交通受管控，我需订出租车到机场，礼宾部Kevin很热心负责，服务到位，帮我提早计划订好出行车辆，让我出行无后顾之忧，下次入住会选人卫酒店。

雖然與照片不同，但房間大、乾淨、態度好、還幫忙訂景區票，特別是吹風機難得好用。離地鐵站約二、三十分鐘步行距離，但公車方便，走幾步路就有超市、便利店、水果店、麵店、慶豐包子、護國寺小吃、蘭州拉麵等，相當便利。

チェックアウトの時間は、もう少し短くしてくれたらありがたい。

地下鉄の駅からアクセスが悪すぎる。シャワー設備が分かりにくく使えなかった。

ホテルから地下鉄最寄り駅まで距離ありますが、タクシーをよく利用する人は気にしないかもしれません。 ほとんどきれいに見えますが、浴室がすごいトイレっぽいにおいがします。 部屋内のカーペット埃が溜まってる感じです。 回りに怪しい人間が少なくて、安全面ではおすすめです。 フロントの対応がよかったです。

Très bon hôtel mais la communication est difficile. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. D’une façon on générale les chinois ne font aucun effort de compréhension.

De 6 personas en recepción sólo una hablaba inglés y lo hablaba mal. Muy difícil entenderte con ellos. Los servicios fenomenal pero la limpieza nula. Muy buen hotel pero muy mal gestionado

El problema del Idioma. Ingles menor que basico o simplemente nulo

酒店非常不錯，乾淨舒適，房間空間也很大，浴室洗澡水會流的外面，浴室地板都弄濕了

Hotels.com 给我安排了套间， 但是居然不管早饭。。。 酒店地下室有游泳池，很不错。但更衣室的地面卫生要改进，桑拿室坏了很久也没人修。

I have stayed my many hotels across the world. The staff at the hotel were great The rooms were spotless The bed so comfortable I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone

nice hotel but a bit worn I would say. Amazing view. Fantastic beds and pillows. Bathroom mold always. I go here 4 times a year for 10 years. Dont speak great english. Breskfast buffet pretty good for westerners. Not the best of the best but the best in the area. Close to Panjiayuan antique market. Beautiful park across the street.

made me pay 300 extra to switch rooms and gave me an identical room????? bathroom had lots of mold in the shower in both rooms. I stay here 4xs a year for 8 years. Has gone downhill. Service is minimal. Didnt expect to get charged to stay in the same room
