Amazing staff! From handling our packages to assisting us with local apps, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay exceptional. After I had left something behind at the hotel, they kindly offered to send it back and kept in touch to ensure the best way to return it. Such kind and amazing people! A special thanks to Steven 吴一超 for his excellent service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

호텔 객실내는 청결하고 넓어서 사용하기 좋았음. 특급호텔의 비해 직원들 복장, 태도는 아쉬움이 남음 조식 메뉴도 맛있었음.

The staff at W were extremely helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The food was delicious

其它的都很好，只是踏入酒店没人招待和帮拿行李，入住登记站了很长时间，房间有点臭，床垫和枕头太软了

There was no smoke lounge anywhere.

A nice property but requires more attentive staff. I like what the brand stands for but feel it came short on delivering on my last visit.
