La información que decía la página no coincida con el lugar, las instalaciones olían mal, el lugar era inseguro y el servicio al cliente fatal. Cero recomendable este lugar.

The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!

Beautiful property and area of Costa Rica. Check in process was slow and we had to wait over 2 hours for our room to be ready despite them being aware we were coming early. There was supposed to be transportation to our room but it wasn't available so we had to walk. BE WARNED the property has huge hills, climbs, and stairs. It is not for people who are out of shape or have mobility issues. Thankfully my kids and I are very fit. It's a 15 minute walk to town and 10 to the nearest beach access. Of course they want to rent you a golf cart for the week at $50USD per day. The town (Coco) has lots of food and shopping options. Lots of peddlers selling their goods. You have to be ok with saying no thank you. Food and drinks are not particularly cheap, but the food was excellent everywhere. We never had a bad meal. The property was very clean, yes there are lizards, to be expected. Very roomy. Shower water pressure could have been better. All in all we had a great stay and I would recommend it to friends for sure. Pura Vida!

The description of how many people fit the apartment are not correct. The sofa bed is impossible to sleep in. They tried to help us by sending a couch, but it wasn’t a good experience

The place doesn’t fit the amount of people offered. The “sofa bed” was a small old couch.

to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall

This has the potential to be very nice. However, the check-in is a nightmare. Mind you, there are no addresses on buildings nor are there any streets labeled. Checking in here and finding this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The company needs to really update and say where they are located. FYI: They need to check in at Pueblito Sur which is a commercial shopping center . The stay its self was nice. 3/5.

Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins.

We loved our stay at Coco Sunset hill and literally cannot wait to go back. I would suggest arriving during business hours as it was rather challenging to locate in the dark but aside from that everything was excellent.

Very upscale, all the pools were amazing, clean & safe place. Terrace rooftop was icing on the cake! Close walk to the beach & downtown

It's a great place to spend some time there. Consider 6 swimming pools for a small complex, located in the Las Palmas area a Playa Del Coco. Our unit was on the third floor, with a beautiful view.

I cannot rate "cleanliness", because cleaning is my responsibility. Otherwise: - I have no basis for comparison and guess you get what you paid for in the expensive Costa Rica. The suite we stayed in was not very comfortable, mostly due to the lack of space. Everything is small - from the kitchen through the sofa to the bed. I paid for my kid close to the price for adult, but there was no provision for him whatsoever. - The confusion starts with the arrival, since the property is called "Coco Sunset Hills" and this is what the sign at the gate says. Tropical Gardens Avenue is a couple of blocks to the north and even the local drivers are confused and don't know where to go. - The remoteness of the reception to the property also does not contribute to the comfort. - The TV is mounted close to the ceiling and uncomfortable to watch - Communication - they would definitely not go the extra mile, but I would not rate it even as "good" - all my requests for little favours were politely declined, i.e. "I will see" or "Yes, we can do this tomorrow" and then nothing happens. Except one extra roll of toilet paper, which we did not even use. - On the plus side, the pools are excellent. The area is also good with a few restaurants; the beach is within walking distance; Coco "downtown" is also not far away.

Pour récupérer les clés RDV dans une agence située à l’étage d’une zone commerciale plein air, à 2 mn en voiture de l’appartement. Contactez-les sur le site ou whatsapp pour avoir la localisation. Plusieurs immeubles dont certains avec des appartements en location touristique. Piscine partagée sympa, avec transats. Place de parking privée en contre-bas des immeubles, protégé par un portail électrique et gardien (donc quelques marches ou pente pour accéder au logement). Notre chambre était au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Jolie vue, climatisation, cuisine équipée, frigo, wifi dans la chambre, serviette de douche + produits fournis. Terrasse sur le toit pour cette chambre. Bien et propre. A à peine 5 mn du centre-ville en voiture. Quelques personnes alcoolisées/droguées demandent de payer la place de parking, ne pas hésite à se garer un peu plus loin. Restaurant Soda Teresita sympa et bon.

They were really kind to reschedule our visit several times due to Covid. Everything was clean and they follow up the health requirements. The condo was really nice, we were in a second floor and we watched the sunset from our bedroom, really amazing and romantic. The staff was great and friendly. It's really close to the center and 2 blocks away from the beach. It had several swimming pools and all very clean. Highly recommended.
