Did not want to extend date change although requested due to a booking message. Paid for a hotel I could not stay in.

Perfect location, friendly staff, great room and facilities. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

As this is 5 star hotel i expected more. Actually i didnt expect following: Jacuzzi didnt work properly and it was very cold. The pool is freezzing. The staff is rude and unproffesional except one lady in middle 40' in spa who will help you with all informations and details. Ventilation in room didnt work in the nights and its not possible to open windows. We didnt have any fresh air during the nights. Awful! We didnt get slippers and cloaks as everybody else in our room so we called reception to bring us. They told us they will bring. They didnt bring it two days until we left hotel. The only possitive thing is great view from the pool on 10th floor and thats it. This hotel is not worth being 5 star hotel. I would give 3 stars honestly comparing to other hotels same level.

Le responsable du restaurant est une pépite. A l'écoute, réactif avec un regars professionnel sur le service. Mon expérience de directeur d'hôtel vous le confirme! Concernant la piscine, le lieu n'était pas surveillé et des jeunes 2 couples de 25 ans étaient très limite! Nous n'avons pas pu nous relaxer sur les transats. Dommage! Lovely hotel with nice little gym and spa. Excellent staff and breakfast but just a little outside of the main tourist areas.

Breakfast is varied and staff willing to help. Room is well-appointed.

Ok godt hotel men til hotel med 4 stjerner som ikke har sin egen parkering er noget som har stort - hos mig. Det koster 28 € at parkere om dagen.
