Fantastic hotel with excellent service and staff, beautiful pool including an adults only pool and area. Absolutely loved the sun bed reservation service (where you are allocated a spot for your whole holiday and you are always sure to find a sun bed at any time of the day without having to “fight” the crazy people waking up at 6am to “reserve” all the sun beds. Everything was really perfect but can only give 4 stars because of the food which was very average, and not really tasty (except in the specialty restaurants at night where it is much better, yet still not on par with other hotels in Cyprus (we stayed in 3 and could compare)). If they up the quality of the food, then this hotel would be a hit.

Room excellent pristine, location very good all inclusive excellent, only let down was the beach area, access to the sea was extremely difficult due to rocks and debris, so stick with pool

Lovely hotel. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food choice is excellent and there are theme nights in buffet and the restaurants offer excellent dining choices. Marius Georgios in reception was very helpful. We wanted to change rooms and he was very helpful with trying to find us a room we liked however none were available on the day. The family rooms all have balconies with a high wall so you can’t see the sea or pool when sitting down so if you enjoy looking out to sea whilst sitting on your balcony then do not book these rooms.

Beautiful property, well maintained, clean, friendly staff

We had a great stay at the Olympic Lagoon past week. The only downside was with some waitresses not responding positively at the Olympic restaurant.

As a first-time visitor to Cyprus, I selected this hotel for its convenient location near Paphos Airport. The experience was memorable, with both impressive highlights and a few areas for potential improvement. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were outstanding. Consistently pleasant and proactive, they went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Their attentiveness and willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhanced my stay. The room was immaculately clean and initially very comfortable. One minor drawback was the nighttime temperature; with the hotel's heating system turned off for the season, I found the room quite chilly during the evening hours. The dining was truly exceptional. The restaurant offered: - Fresh, high-quality ingredients - An impressive variety of dishes - Beautifully presented meals that were as visually appealing as they were delicious The attention to detail in the food preparation and presentation was remarkable, making each meal a highlight of my day. As someone who carefully selects hotels based on fitness amenities, the gym was unfortunately the weakest link with Multiple issues apparent: - Several pieces of exercise equipment were broken, no air conditioning in the gym area, repeated staff notifications had not resulted in necessary maintenance, equipment appeared worn and poorly maintained and no cleaning supplies for post-work out machine sanitisation. A simple investment in equipment would help

Stayed in a lot of hotels in Paphos mainly on AI basis. Thus has topped the lot so far and with an array if food choices which didnt feel like rinse and repeat it was a nice surprise each day seeing what was different in the menu. The staff however made the difference for experience and couldnt do enough for you that everyone was there to give you the best experience that makes you want to return. Great evening shows from All Star teams and premium drinks on offer.

The hotel was very welcoming with high standards of housekeeping, great buffet food offering, that was varied & themed. The deserts where a triumph. The staff where all great, courteous, smiley & warm. We would recommend any one to stay although we were out of season, swimming was available but we realise that using the pools may risk hypothermia due to the time of year. But great facilities

A luxurious hotel with friendly service & staff. The location was perfect with the seafront within easy reach & the town of Paphos a pleasant 30 min walk away. My only complaint is that the buffet food was not hot enough.
