I stay here a few days every year. It's safe, a quiet location and has everything I need for business and pleasure.

Beautiful sea views from my lovely room. Stay here every year a few days. Peaceful to work and rest from. I look forward to my next stay. Friendly welcoming helpful staff and reception. Safe and secure.

Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Sitzecke mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Für die Kleider gibt es offene Ablagen und eine Kleiderstange. Leider keinen erhöhten Haken für ein längeres Abendkleid. Alles in allem haben wir es sehr genossen.

Beach view perfect Hotel so dated Needs substantial work

Litt slitne gulv inn på rommene, litt ufint med gammle tepper i korridorer men ellers fint. Veldig fint området med rene strand og bassenger området. Veldig fin tilgjengelighet til strand og sentrum .

Hotel room renewed with comfortable beds, breakfast service at table should be improved a lot. The hotel public areas need a deep renovation and a new soul

I like the location. Right on the beach. Excellent location as far as the city limits. Easy to find. Stuff very helpful and they speak several languages. Free breakfast. Nice bars and restaurants

The hotel as a little dated and in need of modernisation. But it was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was not responsive

This is an old hotel in a very prominent location in Limassol. However it desperately needs to be renovated, especially considering the price they charge for a room! The rooms are outdated, showers pretty much unusable, the mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Service by staff is generally poor, not only because some of them are rude and unprofessional, but mostly because they are insufficiently trained and lack working systems. Room service was practically unusable because nobody would answer the phone, and housekeeping was extremely slow and inefficient. It is all a pity because the hotel once used to be a good hotel where people would like to stay, but not any more. Honestly, if I hadn't prepaid for the whole 1 week stay, I would have taken my family and left the second day of my stay.

It was OK. I didn't like the fact that there was no porter service.

+Great view from room with Seaview. Nice balconies + nice pool and grass area with sunbeds + nice spa, but a big minus that it's closed from 18, when it's at night you'd wanna use spa! - AC was incredibly weak. - service was so and so. At night when I woke up cause I was warm, I tried to get the AC on but didn't manage. Couldn't find the number to reception anywhere but found on Google. The receptionist came up and closed by balcony door, to make it work. However, the AC was so weak it didn't make the room any cooler. It was better to just have the balcony door opened. However, when itried to open it it didn't work. I had to call him again and turned out he had actually LOCKED by balcony door without telling me, and thus without telling me how to open it.. A bit annoying.. - staff at the SPA. Incredible rude! She forced me out of the spa at 17.30, even though it was supposed to close at 18. She had talked rather good English the day before when I had asked her above the different massage treatments, but now all of a sudden she pretensed to not understand me at all. She just repeated: closing!!!! I told her there was very hot water coming out on the floor in the steam sauna. It burned my soles of the feet!! So I wanted to let the staff know, cause it could really be dangerous. So I told her, and ask she said was again: closing!!! Closing!!! Even though there was 30 minutes left. I asked if she had understood what I said- the my feet had been burnt. No response.

We had a wonderful stay with old friends for a reunion, perfect location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very good food in the bar..

Utmärkt frukost och middagsbuffe. Utmärkt service. Fin och välfungerande äldre bubbelpool och bastu i källaren. Hög nivå överlag även om byggnaden är lite äldre.

The staff was great. The rooms need updating. The wall paper was coming apart in the room, and the room seems rundown. It was clean. Location was convenient
