Sveltos Hotel

Hôtel trois étoiles perdu au milieu de nulle part à à peu près 5 km de Larnaca; Accueil cordial et sympathique L’hôtel en lui-même est très agréable avec des chambres modernes et des espaces communs magnifiques , un billard, un bar au bord de la piscine dans lequel on peut boire des cocktails ou bien manger jusqu’à 22h30 avec des plats d’excellente qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’attention qui nous attendait dans la chambre à notre arrivée : une grande bouteille de bin blanc et une bouteille d’eau de courtoisie. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est de qualité très médiocre tant pour le salé que pour le sucré: plats à peine tiède, non renouvelés, viennoiseries limite rassies, jus de fruits à la machine imbuvables. Les transats au bord de la piscine sont très confortables et agréables et l’environnement est calme. Dommage que l’eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car elle époque de l’année, il fait suffisamment chaud pour se baigner. Mais l’eau était vraiment très très froide. Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend facilement nos voisins. Le personnel est aux petits soins Par contre, il n’y a vraiment rien à faire ni à voir dans l’environnement direct de l’hôtel, d’autant qu’il y a des travaux sur la route et qu’il est impossible d’y circuler à pied.

The hotel (inside and out), rooms, pool area and breakfast lounge were all clean. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Bedroom was a good size. The pool was a really good size, plenty of sun beds and usually quiet. - perfect for us. The food off the ‘restaurant’/pool menu was of a good standard but other than a Greek salad there was no Greek food options, which was a shame. The music played in the hotel and around the pool was very mellow but it would be nice to hear a bit of Greek music as well seeing as we are in Cyprus.

Good location, great brekfast

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times this year! But unfortunately I won't be returning. This hotel has always been my go too place in Larnaca, but this week I stayed and found a very rowdy football team to be staying. A young team largely of 16/17 year olds who were free to make as much noise as they liked, coaches gave no supervision and they were even on a separate floor to them. I complained several times. I had an early flight so this was not a great situation for me. The first time I asked to move rooms, given some feeble excuse that it was not possible. I returned downstairs to complain further and ask for a refund so I could go elsewhere, this was refused. Funnily enough a room was available. How odd!!! The issue was teenagers treating a decent hotel like a hostel or a bar. The amount of shouting and rowdy behaviour was unbelievable, loud music coming from their rooms, screaming and shouting while trying to eat my evening meal, no thought AT ALL for other guests. No intervention from staff or coaches. I have a mutual friend who knows the owners quite well, I will be giving my feedback to them directly. Shame because I always loved this place. The situation was utterly shambolic!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel as a family and the experience was more than we expected. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for a family holiday. Having a car made it easy for us to explore the area and move around conveniently, but without one, it might feel a bit less accessible. If you prefer to stay within the hotel, everything you need for a comfortable holiday is right there. From the generous breakfast to the pool and bar, the variety of food and drinks offered was more than enough to satisfy us, and we especially enjoyed the chance to experience some local Cypriot flavours without having to travel. A very special highlight for us was celebrating our son’s first birthday by the pool. The staff went above and beyond to set up the tables and accommodate our guests, helping us create wonderful memories of such an important day. Their kindness and effort truly stood out. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return!

Property was nice. Rooms were ok and a nice balcony/pool view. Parking on site. Nice breakfast 7:30-10am. Area is a bit remote and would be ideal to hire a car if staying here but 7 mins drive from larnaca. Good value for money

Otroligt trevlig personal och framförallt receptionen. Trevlig pool, mycket folk men fanns alltid plats, aldrig så att man behövde leta. Ganska avlägset tyvärr men då jag var här en kort stund så fanns allt jag behövde på hotellet. Jättegod mat och stora portioner. Deras minilivs var däremot bara souvenirer mm så om man vill köpa vatten eller snacks får man hålla sig till restaurangerna, men det var inte heller något problem. Rummen var ganska lyhörda, hörde i princip alltid dörrar eller grannar. God frukost som fylldes på hela tiden. Perfekt om du vill ha en mysig semester med allt på plats.

Great stay

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr gute Anlage und auch recht modern. Nur die Baustelle und die Hotelruine vor dem Hotel ist weniger ansehnlich, auch der Weg zum Strand ist recht abenteuerlich durch die Baustelle

Really wanted to love this hotel but on checking in we said we were expedia VIP and asked what perks were offered, we were met with total bewilderment, needless to say VIP means nothing here. Surrounding area is a building site, lots of street works been going on for a long time, be nice when its all finished.

The staff here are all amazing! From Christina at front desk with her warm, infectious smile and can do attitude to any request, to the cleaning staff who silently go about every corner, moping and cleaning. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm and joyful. The pool could do with a referb which at 1st glance has you thinking you may not want to go in. However it’s perfectly clean and safe to use as we did daily. Breakfast is clean and has all we needed including a vegetarian in our group. The choice of food from the menu is varied and everything we had was exceptional (careful of the arrabbiata, it’s seriously spicy!) Prices are very reasonable too! Overall an excellent choice and we will stay here again.

Previously stayed at Sveltos twice in last 3 years. Recently refurbished so all in good clean condition, secure barrier controlled parking, also nice variety of breakfast. Pool area looked nice even we didn't use it on this occasion. Only stayed a few days as we had family matters to attend to so effectively used hotel as a B&B on this occasion.

Vieressä haiseva lintuallas, jonka haju kantautuu parvekkeelle. Kuntosalin laitteet rikkinäisiä ja ruosteisia. Suihkuvesi valuu eteisen lattialle. Ilmastointi pitää narisevaa ääntä eikä ole tarpeeksi tehokas. Seinät on paperia. Sänky on huono. Allasbaarin juomat ovat ylihinnoiteltuja ja erittäin huonoja. Henkilökunta ei näytä tietävän mitä tekee eivätkä meinaa huomata asiakasta. Aamupala surkea. Jos jotain hyvää pitää etsiä, niin TV ja allas oli ihan ok.

Overall was a pleasant experience. But beds weren't the most comfortable. A bit on the outskirts but only a 10 mins away from centre. Good choice of halal restaurants nearby. Other than that was excellent Good choice for breakfast Clean rooms

Lovely hotel, we have stayed in 6 or 7 different hotels in Larnaca this was one of the best. Clean, big rooms, breakfast was superb (apart from Saturday morning) friendly staff. Don’t overpay for places like Lebay which claims to be 4 star. Highly recommended.

Vi blev modtaget med smil og glæde og fantastisk service. Vi var ikke så glade for værelset hvor der var køjeseng ved siden af dobbeltsengen. Det tog meget plads i værelset. Vi spurgte om der var mulighed for at få et andet værelse. Det fik vi .Der blev gjort alt for at vi blev glade og tilfredse. Hotellet var dejligt, dejligt med pool. Morgenmaden virkelig godt. Hotellet ligger ca 5 km udenfor centrum af Lanarca. Der er dejlig ro og virkelig god atmosfære.
