Clean and convenient. Easy to move around. Staffs are helpful and friendly. I recommend their Pyramid tours. Their other tours are not necessary as you can do it yourself.

this was a great option for our family of four. location really central, with easy metro, walking and driving options to everywhere. the room was spacious with good beds. only downside was the fact the shower leaked a bit (but that’s a minor thing). we liked the breakfasts - different each day, and no shortage of food. and the staff were incredibly friendly…no hesitation to help when asked. highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, quality downtown cairo hotel.

Great location supper great staff. But since it is in busy area, therefore it is noisy.

Even though we had booked our stay at the Cairo Capital Hotel, we didn't actually end up staying there. We had arrived early morning to the hotel, where they helped us hold our luggage, since checkin wasn't until 2:00pm. We left to go explore town, when we came back at nighttime after a long day of travel to check-in, they told us that they didn't have a room for us. There was a mistake in the system and our room was occupied. They said they found us another hotel that was brand new just a couple mins away and sent someone to bring us there. We got in the car, and were driving around in circles for a while. It appeared that they were lost and didn't know where this new hotel was. After a while they found the place, there was no sign and the entrance didn't really look like an entrance to a hotel. It was also in a neighborhood a bit more sketch than we were accustomed to. We followed the employee, unfortunately the elevator was broken and it was on the third floor. By this point we were getting a bit annoyed. They carried our luggage up for us, and got us a room. The whole room smelled strongly of paint and was barely furnished. It was a giant room with a bed and two bedside tables, and a tv. There was still wires in the ceiling where it looked like a light fixture was going to be added. There were no towels or hangers, it was definitely a rushed job. We had an early flight and this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. For this reason I'm giving Capital Hotel 3 stars.

I had a great stay at Cairo Capital Hotel. The staff was very pleasant and assisted me in everything i wanted.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Only issue I had was a drain smell from the bathroom. Staff did spray air freshener, but it came back a few times.

Me gustó el hotel, está en el piso de 1 del edificio pero está súper bien, las instalaciones están limpias, cómodas y no se diga los chicos de la recepción, súper amables!!! Ellos hacen que la estancia sea excelente! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

L'équipe de cet hôtel est aidant, advenant et souriants. Ils sont tellement gentils. Ils ont tout fait pour qu'on soit bien. Un gros merci à toute L'équipe. Deux journées bien mémorable. Novembre 2024

The staff are the most fun. When I return to Egypt, this where I will stay. I just hope they are not fully booked.

Very conveniently located. Walking distance from the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square. Also close to good dining options. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent value for your money.

Está bien ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, el personal muy amable y te reciben con agua y si sales temprano del hotel se toman la molestia de preparar algo rápido de desayuno. Un punto a favor de la amabilidad. Los cuartos de 3 camas son demasiados pequeños y el espacio del baño es reducido toca entrar de lado, por lo demás una buena opción cerca de muchas cosas que te gustaran ver.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious. However, Cairo's horns blared loudly even at dawn.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it is small boutique hotel, but provides very good service from the receptionists to the kitchen staff. Many thanks to Ahmed for his excellent service and effort he provided us with sorting out a matter. A great find in Downtown Cairo.

Atendimento excelente, muito limpo e confortável. O cafe da manhã não é buffet, trazem um prato pronto, com comida mais típica e super boa, mas quem tem restrições, fica um pouco mais limitado. Ar condicionado no quarto gela bem, mas estava com problema no direcionamento das pás ( único problema na estadia). De modo geral, recomendo.
