This is my second stay in the hotel. It's in the great location, close to all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean. I can recommend this hotel to anybody, who is looking for a good hotel for a good price.

Here is the translation to English: “We arrived to look for the hotel and found it inside a building. The entrance of the building was dirty, and the elevator was an old metal one. We tried to use the elevator, but it was unavailable. We went up the stairs, which were dirty and narrow. On the first floor, we found dirty doors and unbearable smells. We asked about Castillo and were told it was on the second floor. We went up, and a girl welcomed us. She took us to the first room; we reluctantly agreed to it even though it was small. The second room wasn’t available, and she said she would give us a small room with two beds and not even a window, for one night only, because the guest in the room that was supposed to be ours hadn’t left yet.”“He refused to leave and renewed his stay, even though he was the one who was supposed to take the small room. They couldn’t find any solution for us. We asked to meet the manager; they said he was traveling and refused to let us call him. Then we discovered that he was actually in his office and didn’t speak to us. The area does not feel safe or clean, and the treatment was unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

Reasonable price, clean rooms and helpful staff.

The people in this hotel are super nice and Maryam was very helpful and polite to me I’ll never forget her kindness. So glad that I chose castello Hotel.

Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal und gutes Hotel. Die Zentrale Lage ist sehr gut, aber auch nicht zu laut, die Zimmer sind gut isoliert und lassen keinen Lärm rein. Das Personal war Aufmerksam und freundlich, ist auf meine Wünsche immer gut eingegangen. Das Zimmer war top für das Geld und Frühstück war mit inbegriffen.

The room is as not ready after traveling 24 hours and confirming 48 hours in advance. We had to stay at a hotel four blocks away for the night, then come back to the Castello the following morning. The room was not cleaned daily and the beds not made. Staff was very inexperienced with customer service. The toilet broke twice and the shower would not drain. The room was overall dirty when we checked in.

É um hotel central, bom ponto de deslocação na área envolvente, mas é um hotel apenas para “desenrascar” para quem quer pagar pouco. Preparem-se para passar a noite em branco a ouvir as buzinas dos carros lá fora.

The hotel is in a good área, front desk very polite and professional, they try to answer all your question, the price for the room are great, you may get a nice surprise with a room upgrade

Actually when i went to Cairo, I didn't care about the luxury of hotels. But it wasn't a summer vacation obviously. I would just mind my time in places. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. But the rooms are exceptionally small. Of course i am told there are bigger rooms. But mine was really small. There is enough place to move around and take shower. And when i went there they couldn't see my reservation. But interestingly the personel didn't want to see my payment information. He just took my word. Infact the personnel tried hard not to see my payment infos. That was interesting. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. I only have 1 breakfast there and it was good. I can't say perfect time but not bad also.

If you go alone you might have some issues finding the hotel, it's on the second floor of and old building.

Quit Inside the room, clean, helpfull, and frindly staff. Safe and secure.

Excellent Hotel with very friendly Staff. Great location, would recommend!
