For the 2nd year in a row we had a great holiday at Jaz Maraya. highlights: very child friendly, nice house reef in the bay for snorkelers and divers and friendly employees. We will be back for a 3th time. A friendly suggestion for the hotel: provide a bit more lightning at the playground outside the main restaurant. It's dark early and our kids like to play there during/after diner but a bit more light would be nice.

Family resort in the large Coraya Bay Campus including a number of hotels by Jaz and by Steigenberger. Facilities (beaches, beach bars, umbrellas, scuba diving, sports activities, theatres, water park..) are shared among hotels, which is good. Jaz Maraya is fairly new, so the rooms and facilities are also up to date (I would have preferred less modern furnished rooms, e.g., with ethnic wooden furniture, but that's personal taste). Rates are good indeed (92EUR/night/room tax with hard all-inclusive in January). Super friendly staff, very helpful and full of care. Despite not clearly advertized as a family hotel, there are lots of services and games. The water park with slides and warm water pools is an amazing plus. Coraya Divers is an excellent SSI PADI diving centre, very professional, maybe a bit expensive. Unfortunately the house reef (above all southbound) is suffering. The trip programme is very rich indeed. Location is very convenient, 7min drive from apt. To be improved: you can eat and drink only at your own hotel's main restaurant and beach restaurant ( 1 bonus dinner elsewhere). This can get boring for longer stays, also because dinners are good quality but not that varied. Also drinking should be allowed everywhere, since i.e. evening shows are different at different locations. To be improved: english-speaking skills by reception and coordination staff. Nevertheless, also considering the rates, this is really a great option for a sun break at the Red Sea!

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, gefragt, ob alles recht ist. Für Familien mit Kindern: so herzlich zu Kindern! Auch ein Herz für Menschen mit Handicap! Aktivitäten wie Yoga mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, wo gibt es sowas? Tennis..uvm. Essen toll!

Jaz Maraya struttura confortevole vicino aeroporto ( 5/6 minuti )

Resort davvero bello, curato nei particolari e nella pulizia. Cibo egiziano delizioso. Vi sono 2 pontili su barriera e una spiaggia con piscine naturali e tanti pesci... Consigliatissimo.

Prachtige vakantie , kekker eten, ruime kamers. Personeen van receptie, restaurants, bars, onderhoudsmensen zijn attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles is heel netjes verzorgd. Niet ver van de luchthaven.

We loved this place! Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony seating area. A/C throughout the property was strong and refreshing after spending time out in the summer heat. The buffet restaurant had delicious food everyday! My husband got his most favorite haircut ever at the spa. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, gym, and snorkeling alcove that is shared between the other Jaz hotels next door. So relaxing yet so much to do! Hope to come back another time.

Wir hatten ein tolles, geräumiges und sehr sauberes Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war top. Auch am Strand hat es uns supergut gefallen. Es war kaum jemand am Strand ausser uns, die meisten bevorzugten den überfüllten Pool. Dort war viel laute Musik und Animationsprogramm…… und vorallem: Kinder, Kinder und noch mehr Kinder. Alle maximal im Kindergartenalter. Die meisten Familien hatten 2-3 Kleinkinder/Babies. Ich liebe Kinder, unsere sind aber bereits im Teenageralter, so waren wir etwas fehl am Platz. Alles scheint auf Kleinkinder ausgerichtet. So liegt auch der Hauptesssaal neben dem Kinderspielplatz. Also Aussicht auf den Spielplatz statt aufs Meer. Praktisch für die einen, schön ist es nicht. Das Essen hatte eine super Qualität. Alles sehr frisch und schmackhaft, ich fand es toll, dass so viele orientalische Gerichte angeboten wurden, alles sehr authentisch. Speziell erwähnen möchte ich noch die Angestellten. Sehr selten hab ich ein Hotel erlebt, in dem alle, wirklich alle, so nett und zuvorkommend waren. Das ist faszinierend und man konnte die Ferien umso mehr genießen, da man spürte, die haben es gut miteinander und Freude an ihrem Job. Genossen haben wir das schnorcheln am Hausriff, leider haben wir eine windige Zeit erwischt, jedoch am einzig ruhigen Tag sahen wir neben den unzähligen farbigen Korallenriffbewohnern eine Schildkröte und 3 Mantas. Unglaublich schön! Spazieren und joggen macht auch Spass. Unbedingt auch eine Wüstensafari machen mit Renal Safari! Sehr toll!
