The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! Food is okay but bland and caters more for Russian guests , better at the Grill where we had lunch every day, the main restaurant is hectic and not as nice, we mostly had dinner out of the hotel but the Bhorat and the Blue Dome are lovely and you get a discount if you are a guest at the hotel, This could be a gem of a hotel if they got the all Inclusive aspect right, better selection of drinks and cocktails, beach party that is included instead of wanting to charge you $6 for a bbq and ‘free alcohol’ when you have paid for AI The hotel is perfectly situated right in Naama Bay near everything and directly across from the Hard Rock Cafe and Soho Square, bars and shops

The beds seemed not updated and not clean enough. One of the staff who was responsible acted inappropriately.

Hotels location is brilliant. Staff from management level to cleaners all spot on. Food is very minimum with just a handful of dishes. They charge to use sauna and steam. Gym is free but items hardly working. Late night snack was embarrassing with just chips and bread serving. They also charge for drinks at some bars despite being fully inclusive.

The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition. and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks. Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks

La struttura poteva essere tenuta meglio, cmq abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze. Cibo buono (non aspettatevi una cucina italiana), piscina con scivoli, spiaggia un po' piccola ma con mare bello.

I waited at reception long time... There were power outages... Breaks in Wi-Fi reception... Didn't answer my email...

The only thing it is old and not clean rooms , The property condition doesn’t look like five star hotel it’s look like three star hotel not more than that but the quality of the service is very high the property location is fantastic the only comment is the old of the property the age of the property and the food quality it’s just okay not more than okay

This Hotel is central, tight in the heart of naama bay... The breakfast is mediocre.

Propreté, le personnelle très aimable. Qualité de la nourriture: 3.5 sur 5 La plage est relativement petite, mais le niveau sonore de la musique est extrêmement élevé et la qualité de la musique est très bas. "Animation team" est de l'avis que si la musique est plus fort, son travail est plus visible. Sans animation team la plage est un paradis, avec animation team et sa musique est un enferre. Vous ne savez pas ou se cacher ou courir.

L'hotel risulta vecchio e mal arredato. La colazione è tremenda. La piscina sovraffollata.

I've stayed many times at Tropitel and know many of the staff. I always receive good service from the bar and pool staff and show my appreciation with some tips which goes a long way in Egypt. So look after these guys! The Hotel location is good and has some great restaurants adjoined in Boharat and Blue Stone where the food and service is excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

It has HOT HOT HOT pools! Yes! They heat the water in the pool, I think the only resort in the whole of Egypt to do so! so IT is nice to swim in the winter months! and the water slides are great for kids! It tries to be a mini CLUBMED. with yoga, crazysigns, disco, aqua aerobics and so forth. The food is amazing but if you wanted to safe money, then the food choices outside is wonderful! The beach is 3 mins walk. Check was very very very slow, it took us 70mins before we got a room! Animation Staff are great. Enthusiastic youngsters from all over the world. Will come again!
