Excelente ubicación. El staff era amable. Los muebles se ven un poco antiguos pero están cuidados y las areas verdes hace el ambiente más ameno.

Mükemmel bir bahçesi var. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve sürekli size yardım etmek istiyor. Luxor tapınagına 5dk yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen 2-5 dk arasında cok güzel nil kenarında restaurantlara gidebilirsiniz. Asla pişman olmazsınız. 4 gün kaldık çok güzel bir oteldi.

Un séjour parfait au cœur de l’histoire et de la beauté Notre expérience à l’hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le lieu, chargé d’histoire, offre une immersion unique dans le passé colonial de la ville, sans jamais compromettre le confort ou la qualité de service. Les jardins sont absolument splendides – un véritable havre de paix parfaitement entretenu, où chaque promenade devient un moment de quiétude et de contemplation. Le personnel, toujours attentionné et chaleureux, s’est montré à la hauteur à chaque instant. Chaque demande a été traitée avec courtoisie et efficacité, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que mémorable. La piscine est l’une des plus belles que nous ayons vues : vaste, élégante, entourée de verdure et parfaitement intégrée à l’ambiance du lieu. Un véritable oasis en pleine ville. L’offre de restauration est également à souligner : généreuse, variée et raffinée. Que ce soit pour un déjeuner sur la terrasse ou un repas plus formel en soirée, tout était délicieux, servi avec soin dans des espaces empreints de charme. Enfin, la localisation est idéale. À proximité de nombreux sites d’intérêt, l’hôtel constitue un point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville, tout en offrant un refuge paisible pour se reposer, apprendre et profiter de la douceur de vivre locale. C’est un lieu que je recommande sans hésitation à quiconque souhaite allier confort, culture, détente et raffinement. Un séjour inoubliable.

Just checked out of the Old Winter Palace, a quietly dignified landmark built in 1886 for British aristocrats wintering in Luxor. Its faded grandeur still lingers—shaded colonnades, clipped gardens, and that peculiar hush found only in places touched by history. Howard Carter was staying here when news broke of Tutankhamun’s tomb; the echoes of that moment still seem to drift through the high shutters and marble halls. A retreat not of excess, but of atmosphere.

I loved the Pavillion Winter! It was one of the highlights of my trip. The service was exceptional. The front desk was friendly and available, and they helped with all of my questions and requests. The room service menu and quality of food was the best -- even better than the restaurant. The breakfast was great. The service at all of the restaurants was wonderful. I loved the pool and the gardens. I took a day of rest after my flight to Luxor in the morning and was so thankful I got the opportunity to spend an afternoon lounging at the pool and exploring the gardens. The rooms could use renovation, but overall they are very good and large, and I had a balcony overlooking the gardens. I absolutely loved Luxor and highly recommend this hotel.
