I recently stayed at this hotel in Chelsea, and while the location is fantastic – right in the heart of the city but still relatively quiet – the condition of the hotel could use some attention. The overall feel of the property is quite dated and in need of an upgrade. During my stay, I encountered a significant issue while taking a shower – water from the pipes started backing up into the bidet, causing dirty, foul-smelling water to flood the bathroom floor. It was unpleasant, to say the least. However, I must commend the staff for their prompt response. They were extremely helpful and quickly moved me to another room, which was greatly appreciated. In summary, while the location is great and the staff were excellent, the hotel itself is in need of some renovations. If you're looking for a well-maintained, modern space, this may not be the right choice, but the helpful staff certainly made up for some of the property's shortcomings.

Highlights: staff is a double Ten. Beautiful hotel and a great location. Downsides: There was a strange noise coming from the bathroom. I was given another room, but smaller and I could hear the cleaning service being made at the room beside mine. During my check out, one night was being charged, although I had already pais for my stay. Also, I had made arrengements for having one “à la carte” breakfast, but I was charged for the whole price. These charges were taken away. It’s the third time I stay in this hotel. I can say that my favourite was the first, before the property had works dome. It was more genuine and with no problema. Shame :(

The day of my arrival, I was put in a room where a strange noise coming from the toilet. I was given another room, but smaller and where I could be awake by the cleaning service being made on the room attached to mine. Cleaning room needs to be improved. It is good , but not excellent, considering it’s a High level hotel. P

Great location.

I loved everything about this cute hotel. It seems like a quaint English Inn. I really loved the fully equipped gym! The restaurant food was great too!

Another great stay.. this time in the Chelsea Townhouse. Small issue with the bathroom in the original room handled extremely well by Shirlan Tempro - Duty Manager so a huge thank you there! We will definitely be back.

La chambre (superior) était petite avec une vue sur un mur. Elle avait aussi besoin d’être rafraîchie. L’hôtel est beau, bien placé, propre. À ce tarif là il est quand même dommage de trouver ce type de chambre. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel en junior suite et avions beaucoup aimé.

Receptionist at check-in was very cold and unfriendly. A most unwelcome way to start my trip.

Friendly staff; checked in early; room upgrade. The hotel is quaint, the room was large and reasonably priced for London. The room and corridors are however a little tired and would benefit from a refresh. We didn’t have any meals but overall we enjoyed the hotel, the location and would recommend.

The staff are the best part! Beautiful boutique hotel that feels like a 5-Star hotel. The staff treat you like royalty. Only thing I’d recommend to change is the address is 26 CADOGAN GARDENS as it’s not 11 CADOGAN GARDENS. This is a building about 600 feet away and was super confusing for uber and drop offs. Thanks Chelsea Townhouses, we will be back!

Beautiful property, you feel like a London local but oh the bathrooms, enquire before booking. I’ve never experienced smaller bathrooms in my life!

Unique lovely location. Facilities like the bar not open everyday. example bar closed Sunday and Monday. Staff was friendly but the restaurant staff were hit and miss. Also changed our room as we did not realize the facilities were not in the same building.

Gorgeous property and the best suite I have ever stayed in. Will definitely be back. The Chelsea Bar was also special!

I really like this hotel - it’s a bit like staying in someone’s home. It’s quirky. My room was not large and the furnishings are very traditional. What I appreciated was the coziness, charm and friendly staff.

The staff, including the front desk team were absolutely top notch. This is my third time staying at the property and every time has been consistent, welcoming making you feel at home. Whether it is keeping the bar open or offering flexibility understanding travel delays, we couldn’t be happier with how the 11 team values customers. It is and will be our go to every time we come to London
