Hotel aachen is a great location, very central, larger room than expected, decent bathroom, only downside was the noise but for the location i guess you should expect it really.

Very good breakfast. Single room is kind of small and old.

Staff were exemplary, always on hand to help with any queries as well as being pleasant upon greeting

Area very convenient for cathedrals and Philharmonic concert venue, but run down area, and room was cold.tw

Good location, close to transport & central attractions. Some very good pubs such as the Dispensary, Roscoe Head & Philarmonic within a short stroll.

部屋は洗面台のみで、トイレ及びシャワーは部屋を出なければならなかった。トイレについては洗面台が無く、部屋で使うしかなかった。 シャワーについては、夜は暖かくつかえたが、朝はなかなか温まらなかった・・・ 朝食はコンチネンタル形式でハムかチーズを選択することになっていて、他はシリアル、ジュース、フルーツなどがビュッフェ方式となっていた。

Great location, clean and comfortable, warm and cozy. Issue with noise from other guests but called reception and it was dealt with quickly and effectively. Breakfast was good - some of the serving staff were friendlier and more helpful than others but generally fine. No lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Room was clean but noisy. Had to ask for bottled water, as no cold water ran from the tap. Good breakfast .

Not so far away from city centre and main atractions. Pleasant home atmosphere. English breakfast only during weekend. Note: take your own shampoo

Location was good to the centre but uo a slight hill. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter as just luke warm so didnt stay for the second breakfast.noisy neighbours talking outside our room at 3.20am with hotel staff. Shower cubicle could have been cleaner but overall stay was good with very friendly staff. Would stay again

Narrow staircase so not suitable if this is problem. Very good breakfast, waitress service efficient and friendly

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. One thing I would like to say is the WIFI wouldn’t let me connect but this wasn’t a big issue as we only stayed the night. Instead we had the TV on which was good. The breakfast in the morning was also really nice and the service was quick which was also really good.

Excellent money with very friendly and helpful proprietor and staff. Very clean accomodation with more than sufficient facilities for this type of hotel and tariff.
