Excellent for sea front , bars restaurants, local transportation

Lots of great dining and food options, which was just a few moments away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the sea and pier alongside the centre of town.

The room was clean but basic, but i was expecting that. The staff were helpful friendly and pleasant.

Was a comfortable stay in a spacious room would deffo stay again if needed

I would like to have full refund as my room was in basement, very cold, refused to provide warmer or turn on radiator, WiFi wasn’t working

After reading the reviews I had prepared myself for the worst. I even took a sleeping bag and my own towel. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The guy at reception was polite and friendly. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but for the price you can’t expect the Ritz. The room was small but clean and tidy. The sink shower and toilet were clean as was all the bedding. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV, kettle with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. There was even a small fridge. Maybe I was just lucky but I can’t really fault the place and for the price it was a bargain. I would definitely book again.

We stayed for two nights and the experience was not that great. The floor was dusty and the towels seem clean but had fibres sticking to the body and face when used. The bathroom lock was not working. The grills in the bathroom are rusty and were not clean.

There no meals access, bed comfort is amazing and comforting, the internet acess is terrible, the parking acess is also very difficult to parking but part of the this the staff members are nice and chilled. I do request to advance the signal endurance, and change the building to try to have their own parking system. Thank you for your attention and service.

Friendly staff and clean

Good location. Single room is enough for one night. Parking expensive.

Furniture looked like it had come out of a skip carpet 40years old

Communal area: paintwork chipped and tatty; stair carpet was filthy. Room: broken and damaged furniture; 3 lightbulbs not working; TV remote control held together with tape, and some of the buttons didn't work (we were unable to adjust the volume, for example); stained upholstery on chairs; curtains were falling to pieces, and tricky to draw.

In a nice position with every thing with in walking distance

Poor amenities in the hotel- no iron, hairdryer, toiletries, fan. Very basic. No bar despite being apparently licensed.

Services was poor with bad customer service.

The owners are very friendly, the room was large, comfy bed, shower was hot and very good, 2min walk to sea front. They ask if you need room service, we had clean towels each day .

Unfortunately the remote would not turn off TV so unplugged each time. No plug in sink. I have stayed before and did know what to expect. Excellent pillows and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cheap for in town but pretty tatty. Hot water took 10 minutes to come through. Bed was comfy enough but could do with a proper quilt. Generally could do with a good refresh.

It's was very worst 😞. I'm really disappointed about costumer service. Poor cleaning. Everywhere dusty and very old chair.
