Quiet and nice place to stay in London

Good

Staff were great and attentive. Room had everything we need. I don’t see this in all hotels, but they had a charger bag next to the Hairdryer. Super handy.

Staff very friendly not sure if it was a coincidence staff left Tunnocks biscuits for me in the room on arrival being Scottish nice touch

A beautiful hotel for a trip to London. In a really quiet area but walkable to Victoria and easy access to anywhere in London. The staff have been fantastic too. Also the breakfast is amazing.

We booked the hotel very last minute when our plans changed and i'm so glad we did! It's absolutey fabulous. It doesn't feel like a hotel, more like staying at a friends incredibly well equipped and beautifully decorated house. The staff are super friendly, decor gorgeous, everything has been considered. It also has the best range of snacks in the room and they even left us a little easter gift and card. It's easily walkable from Victoria station (convenient for trains to Gatwick) and there are plenty of food options nearby if you don't want to stray too far. Its definitely our new favourite and we will absolutely be coming back!

Great location and very friendly staff!

Hotel placed over £200 of charges onto the credit card left as a deposit. This was for a room that was full pre-paid. Beware as if I had checked my statement they would have got away with this.

The rooms are very well decorated, reasonably spacious and have lovely amenities. The bathroom was very damp with mold all around the tiles. It was a mixed experience but likely wouldnt go back.

Room was lovely, the restaurant is designed lovely. Nice and warm, had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser which is good to not bring it all with you. Had breakfast in the morning, felt it was quite expensive for what it was. I had eggs royal for £15 (it might be the going rate for the area) however it was freezing cold as if the sauce and eggs had just come out the fridge. They replaced it, but was still quite cold. I just ate it.

Reception a little slow, always seemed to be in the restaurant area. Room was larger than average for central London which is a positive. As is the location, a few minutes walk from Victoria. Room temperature was an issue and adjusting thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference. As a regular traveller to London I probably wouldn’t stay here again, certainly better options available for the cost of the stay.

I rarely leave reviews but had to give a shout out to this fantastic boutique hotel! It was in a great, safe area- walk to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace Etc, and the hotel itself had a very cool/Hip vibe. Rooms were cosy and well appointed and had everything you could think of needing and when you asked for something else it was there in 2 mins. Front desk staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate our early check in so we could shower after our red eye flight. Beds very comfortable, shower great, and last but not least the restaurant/cafe was fun and food outstanding! The downstairs pub also had a great vibe. All this and a great value. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The room was very nice. It was very clean with beautiful individual touches that put it above other hotels.

Had a wonderful stay at the Artist Residence. Really funky, fantastic attention to detail - high quality toiletries, superb quality bedding, just loved everything about it. We stayed in the Club Suite which was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the cafe too. Definitely will return.

Gorgeous small hotel with lovely staff.

What a superb find. I don't want to give a excellent review as I want to keep this place a secret!!! Joking aside, this place is perfect. The staff are exceptional and really friendly. You are treated like a person and not a number. The accommodation is quirky but it just works, they have thought of everything from slippers and robes to phone chargers and adaptors. This is without doubt the best nights sleep I have had in a london hotel. It is a short walk from Victoria Station and has great connectivity to the West End and London. All in all, my new go to hotel for when I'm staying in London, but don't tell everyone.

I booked three rooms for the night before my wedding for myself and bridal party. The hotel is beautiful and feels very comforting and lots of light coming in. Upon arrival we were told there was 24/7 service however at 9pm when we needed help with the tv we went downstairs and no one was there. We rang the bell and called down however no answer. The next morning in the grand suite where the bridal party was getting ready there was a leak in the bathroom and then it extended across the room. This was very stressful for the morning of the wedding. The staff tried to deal with it promptly however we were told at one point that it wasn’t a leak and just the paintwork. At first we thought it was the air conditioning but it was from a room two floors above. There was no compensation on our stay for this stress after booking the grand suite for two nights plus two additional rooms.
