Comfortable bed, the bathroom needed updating but was ok for 1 night.

Staff very pleasant. Room was spacious.

Room was lovely and clean, staff at reception were helpful! The food at the brasserie was very average, steak was over cooked and side dishes were cold. We had bread that was just lightly toasted and seemed not appropriate in a restaurant that brands itself as fine dining. The service was very slow despite the restaurant not being busy, took over 20 minutes to order a drink, and we waited a long time for our bill. Tables in the restaurant and bar area were left uncleared and dirty for a long time. Breakfast was also very disappointing, it was a very basic continental selection and then a selection of egg on toast which was £25pp. We chose not to have breakfast after our first day as we were not happy. The pool and hot tub were cold despite being advertised as heated and was a shame that as hotel guests we had to pay to use those facilities. Shame about the food and facilities as the actual room we stayed in and the grounds were lovely!

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered. They were chatty and took their time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The food - both dinner and breakfast- was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and clean .

Well appointed suite but let down by the single glazed windows and ghe consequent downdraft which made the seating area too cold. Well maintained and good service in the restaurant - but menu choices limited.

Quiet, lovely spacious room

The brasserie food was amazing in the restaurant but the service was terrible. We had a 40 minute wait between finishing our main and being offered a desert menu. The main problem was that we chose this hotel as it had a later check out time of 11am. However on approaching the hotel at 6pm we saw road closure signs starting at 9.30 the next morning for a half marathon. This meant that we had to leave at 9am to avoid the road closure or we would’ve been stuck at the hotel until 12.30pm. If we had known this at the time of booking then we would not have booked this hotel

The food in the Brasserie was superb. Overall excellent facilities and helpful staff.

Nice well managed property / country club. Convenient if you have activities around Norwich. Not unexpected but driving to property is on Norfolk country roads (last 6 miles) can be challenging at night.

Nice and comfortable hotel

Everything in the room was stained. There was dirty items of clothes under the drawers. The room was above a staff area/function room which was noisy until 11:30 pm and then was woken up at 5 am by the team talking and then hoovering.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you haven’t pay £7.40 per person for a swim.

Great hotel, great food and excellent service from check in to check out. Gym and pool are are also very good.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great parking and countryside location. Food good but quite pricey in the evening.

Room and resort was nice. No hot water for morning shower. Breakfast is extortionately priced

Overall, a good experience and the place smelled really nice! Most of the staff were professional and friendly. The only downside was the shower — it didn’t drain well and could be improved.

Booked hotel as it had a gym. In the last 8 years, only the second hotel to charge an additional fee to use gym. £7.50 for an hour on an exercise bike is extortionate.
