Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great parking and countryside location. Food good but quite pricey in the evening.

Overall, a good experience and the place smelled really nice! Most of the staff were professional and friendly. The only downside was the shower — it didn’t drain well and could be improved.

Booked hotel as it had a gym. In the last 8 years, only the second hotel to charge an additional fee to use gym. £7.50 for an hour on an exercise bike is extortionate.

From check in to check out the team were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious.

First time we have been to this hotel and we were delighted, will stay again if we can get the free cancellation option as we would be booking a long time out.

Once you’ve entered the golfing complex the directions for Hotel Car park are not obvious, an events car park is the first parking you arrive at. It’s frustrating that the hotel car park is accessed via an obscure entrance.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff were amazing! Clean, very comfortable rooms and the food was excellent. Lovely quiet rural setting just outside of Norwich. If you are a golfer this is worth checking out. I also used the spa whilst there and again fantastic staff and great services.

Stay here on a regular basis and can’t fault it, from the warm welcome as I checked in from Morgan to the comfy, clean room and good food, it’s outstanding

Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.

I booked a junior suite but was very disapointed no hot water for bath or shower, very poor pressure trying to run bath. No air con as advertised. Poor value for money 💰 Food was excellent though
