Lovely vibe

Die Unterkunft hat nicht viel mit den Bildern zu tun. Wir bekamen keine Mail mit den Zugangscodes und mussten erst in der Bar, die zur Unterkunft gehört, nachfragen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat alles erklärt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, so dass man alles vom Flur/anderen Zimmern hört. Die Toiletten sind in einem Stockwerk, die Duschen in einem Anderen. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng und riecht unangenehmen. Mikrowelle/Wasserkochen haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer an sich war geradeso ok. Die Betten sauber, die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren, die Fenster waren undicht, die Zimmerdecke machte den Eindruck als würde sie jeden Moment herabfallen, die Duschen waren schimmelig/verkalkt und die Wassertemperatur ließ sich nicht regulieren (es war nach kurzer Zeit kochend heiß), die Toiletten waren eng und konnten nur genutzt werden, wenn die Reinigung gerade erfolgt war. Gefühlt waren sehr viele männliche Gäste da. Wirklich sicher habe ich mich nicht gefühlt.

Shabby but clean. Had a private room booked and was under the impression I’d have a private bathroom as well, but didn’t.

Ficamos em um quarto privado próximos aos BANHEIROS!! Para o desgosto da nossa estadia! Conforto e banheiro juntos, não deveria ser uma sentença!! Os outros hóspedes não tinham um pingo de respeito, era a noite inteira o barulho da descarga ligado! Quem caga as 3 da manhã???? A gente ouvia todos os barulhos, as pessoas fazendo xixi e cagando! A noite inteira. Impossibilitando nós de descansarmos! Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e gentis! Esse é o único ponto positivo pra mim. Limpeza estava boa! Fora as escadas, nenhum outro lugar fedia!

En general muy bien , brindan los servicios necesarios para un hostal aunque con costo extra

Beautiful hotel I’ve stayed few time with family and friends , love the hotel breakfast is great but this morning we had to leave very early to catch a flight so was unable to enjoy the beautiful breakfast and surroundings in the room . Will be booking around nov dec Thankyou see you soon kind regards jannine

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at this hostel! We are two female travellers and were in a 6-bed mixed dorm, which didn't go so well the very first night we were there. We got pretty unlucky with one of our bunkmates who was causing problems with another person in the room in the middle of the night and started getting very verbally aggressive, screaming and swearing nonstop at this person. As two females, in a room with all men while this was happening, we were extremely scared and were trying to stay quiet the whole night. We were ready to ask for a refund and just check out at this point, so we went to reception the next morning to ask if we could do this. Since we had booked on a third party website, the hostel wasn't actually able to provide a refund. They also could not move us to another fully female room because there was no availability. However, the way they took care of the situation was something we had not expected. They showed immediate concern and apologized a lot for the experience we had. They offered us breakfast on the house and said that because they could not move us to another room or provide a refund, they would remove the guy from our room who was causing issues, which was done by the time we got back from our day. They asked us periodically throughout the day and the next day if everything is okay now and the hospitality showed by the staff was beyond our expectations. We are super grateful for this and would definitely come back again :)

Lugar muito pequeno, sem area comum, banheiro péssimo, tanto para banho quanto os sanitários, não recomendo pra quem viaja sozinha.

When we arrived the lobby looked nice and the check-in was fine. However, once we made our way up the stairs, our experience immediately took a turn; the hallway REEKED of piss, making it hard to even breathe. The floor had parts covered up by worn out sheets and overall the staircase and common area were looking rough. Our room was only locked with our keycard, and we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, making us incredibly uncomfortable. Once we were in our room we booked another hotel and left right away. Worst hotel/hostel experience I’ve had by far. I inquired Hotels.com about this, and after spending a total of +5 hours chatting with customer service multiple times, my request for a refund was rejected. Apparently it’s the hostel that will either accept or decline the request, without any objections by Hotels.com? No wonder I didn’t get the refund… DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY BOOKING HERE!

The food was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful and the curtains on the beds were excellent

Hotel is clean but bad ventilation in rooms. No 24/7 lounge area. They only have a bar which closes after operating hours and locked. People who want to talk or eat after the bar closes have no where to go they just talk on the hall way or on the stairs while people are asleep some tend to eat in the room since there there is no lounge besides the bar. The food smells in the rooms which makes it hard for others to sleep. I had roommate who just game the whole time making noise and he said there is no where else to go. The managers should leave the bar lounge open to the tenants even after the bar closes so people can continue their activities at night downstairs and not in the rooms.
