amazing hotel, fabulous team

Had a meal in the Stanley's last night and the service from bismah was excellent, friendly, talkative and helpful.

Room was in really good condition with a couple of minor issues. The toilet flush was a bit dodgy and the kettle didnt work properly but mentioned to reception on checkout

Clean comfortable room with everything you need- tea/ cofee, hairdryer, iron , very comfortable bed , welcoming staff, good breakfast

I have stayed at the hotel countless times and cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms, staff friendliness and food served. Although this still applies I was disappointed that the toilet flush was not working. I reported it to reception who came to check it and it worked first time (some kind of secret turn of the hand?) It did not work for me however and I stood there for minutes tring to flush and reported it again! Room 306. Hope its working now!

£4 to park overnight, in Bradford….not London. This place has changed so much, it looks and feels a lot nicer and modern. Didn’t eat there so can’t say owt about the food.

Breakfast was lukewarm which was made even worse by having cold plates. Abundance of food with good selection.

We had a really lovely stay. The welcome on arrival was really nice and swift, we headed up to our room after checking in the car and putting it on charge. The rapid chargers were exactly that. Or room was clean, with fresh linen and towels. The coffee was lovely and the midnight complimentary snacks were definitely enjoyed. The check out was quick and easy. The only let down was breakfast. We arrived an hour before breakfast finished. There were very little in the way of options due to there being no bacon, fried eggs and hash browns. The sausages were only cooked on one side. The scrambled eggs were dry and hard. The tomatoes had beans in them and I'm allergic. After 10-15 minutes someone brought some bits out. There were no croissants left or other pastries. I ended up having a bowl of cornflakes to gain some nourishment before our journey home. The bacon and sausages were tasteless. The fried eggs were snotty. It was just disappointing. I would suggest larger juice jugs. As they were empty after 4 people filled small glasses. It was just disappointing and as the last impression, left a lasting impression. Thank you to all the staff though, who were all really friendly.

Bed very comfy and large, room clean, restaurant is good food and service. I just can’t bear the check-in, the self-sign in feels impersonal, the key card machine never works for me and then you have to go to another machine to pay for parking.

Bar was well stocked, rooms were clean, staff were good. The only downside was that the room we were allocated outside in the corridor was a set of doors these were extremely noisy as people didn’t close them quietly also the doors catch on each other when opening them as they are a tight fit this was also causing a loud noise.

Lovely place

Breakfast finr for £10. Shame about the drunken visitor having a wee next to our car and the staff not really doing anything about it until much later. And only one staff saying sorry you had to see that but nothing else was said to us.
