Staff was great. Room was dusty. If youve had a long day and need a place to recharge this isnt the hotel. You can hear every little movement from the next door room and if they decide to have there tv on you will not be having a quiet night

The staff were absolutely awesome, from check in to check out. We just have 2 negatives, why aren't there any drawers in the rooms??? Also, our room was close to the construction and we would be woken up at 7:30 every morning, with scaffolding being built and the workers shouting at each other. We were unable to open the curtains first thing as they were right outside our room.

Staff were amazing booked a twin room but given a double which the staff sorted…too a few attempts but nothing was too much trouble. Warning it’s in Bradfords clear air zone….just…20 metres to be precise. Don’t get caught out!

We are regular visitors to the hotel. Hotel conveniently situated, close to city and countryside. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room is old wear and tear stain on the carpet the telephone was full of dish iron was burnt .I called reception thrice no answer booked a stay for two nights won’t come here again parking fee is paid

A good place to be with access to a bar and staff that were very helpful. Easy location for history and food. Recommended.

I was given a room next door to a bridal party who came back to the room at 1.30am causing lots of noise stopping me from sleeping. I was then given another room so had to pack up and get dressed in order to move rooms at 2am in the morning.

It was really welcoming and comforting as we checked in the staff were great!!

Lovely clean rooms, mine was done by Crina. Service is very good, breakfast was good. Only downside were the people who came back to there room at 1:25am and continued to be noisy for around 40minutes. Can't blame the hotel for that.

A very nice hotel, spacious. Room 100 was very noise with the gym below at 10am and 8am, it ruined the rest. Avoid the rooms above the gym, unless you are up early.

Similar level to Premier Inn. Nice big room. Was there for four nights and fire alarm went off in early hours on two of those. Standard food offerings, very little for vegetarians.

I checked in after midnight (around 1 a.m.) due to travelling up north and booking this place last minute. I had expected a proper 4 star experience, but this hotel is nowhere near that standard at best, it’s a 3 star if that. The room was unpleasant and felt neglected, nothing like what you’d expect from a supposedly “premium” hotel. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the building, which made it uncomfortable, and the atmosphere wasn’t great either noisy, with drunken guests hanging around outside well into the night. To top it off, when I went to my car in the morning, someone had messed about with it – no damage, but my windscreen wipers had been left standing upright. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of people staying or loitering here. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and certainly not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.
