Vi ankom til london med mål at se så meget som muligt, så hotelværelset var egentlig kun til at sove og gå i bad, men til det formål var det helt kanon og jeg vil da genoverveje at bestille her igen, specielt fordi stedet ligger godt i forhold til at komme rundt i byen.. vi tog morgenmaden med, meget hyggelig lille morgenmad med massere af muligheder.

there was hair in the shower and the room did not appear to have been cleaned very well.

Staff was nice. Simple room in a quiet area. Couldnt ask for more.

Location is everything. Small rooms but in this part of London, no surprise. Staff very helpful.

The room was clean and the staff very courteous and helpful. The room however was very disappointing. The double bed was pushed up against the wall that meant you could get out of the bed one side. This disrupted our sleep as my wife and I do get out of bed during the night. It’s a double bed in a room only suitable for a single bed.

The staff were accommodating and stored my bag pre-check in. However, the room wasn’t great at all. The mattress was as hard as a brick, the noise from the busy street outside and adjoining/upstairs rooms meant I had a terrible and uncomfortable night’s sleep. Plus, everything was dusty and the towels had stains. Maybe I just got a bad room but £150 a night for that is absolutely crazy.

Good value for money. Friendly service, very fast check-in, good cleanliness, ok breakfast, air conditioning worked well. The only thing to note is the poor soundproofing of the old building.

Positives: - Friendly welcoming reception staff. - The room was clean - WiFi was fine. - Bathroom was clean and looked newly fitted. Negatives: - The “double” room was very pokey - the bed pushed up against the wall so one occupant had to clamber into bed. The floor plan showed that ours was the smallest room on our floor, so will likely do better. - one of the window panes was cracked. - the double glazed windows in the bathroom hadn’t been properly fitted so the was an air gap that allowed a draft around the edges. - One small chair. - Light from the landing seeped all around the room door, a bit off putting when trying to sleep. - A rather dilapidated stand in the corner for tea/coffee. -

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service est exceptionnel, à 10/10 : le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and friendly. It’s an older building so the walls are paper thin which unfortunately deters me from staying here again. I got woken up by other patrons being loud in the hallway and I was woken up in the middle of the night by my neighbors having sex so hard their bed was ramming the wall I shared with them. I could also hear every moan the couple made. Thankfully that didn’t last long. There is a complimentary breakfast which a perk but the options were extremely limited. It was only beans, eggs yogurt and toast. Honestly, I feel bad for leaving this poor of a review because the staff was amazing but amazing staff doesn’t out way the negatives.

Værlset var rent og blev rengjort hver dag og personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme og især damen , Ewa der stod for morgenmaden var simpelthen utrolig hjælpsom.
