Me tocó hasta el último piso y no hay ascensor por lo que subir las maletas es una pesadilla y el staff se niega a ayudarte, tampoco hay internet!! Fuera de eso la ubicación es buena y la habitación también es rescatable si es que solo vas por un par de noches.

Plenty of shops nearby, the internet kept going on and off in the evening, but when on, was fast.

Preis Leistung absolut angemessen.

In there website free breakfast but its not. Very disappointed

Misleading information on booking tge hotel regards breakfast. On the website it does state that there is breakfast , on arrival I was informed opposite.

The room was perfect for a solo overnight stay, well located for the Hammersmith Odeon and well priced. It's a shame a couple of aspects of the room were lacking as it would have otherwise got a clean sheet. If there's a TV in the room, it should work, mine wouldn't show any channels and if it did, it would stop after a few seconds. The wall light next to the bed looked like it was about to fall off, and the spotlight did not work. Other than these small issues I'd be happy to stay again.

Our stay was absolutely ideal for what we wanted at the price we paid. The room was small but well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite mouldy and slightly run down, but the room otherwise seemed clean. We stayed for just one night as we were attending an event nearby and it was ideal for a short stay like this.

Great area, kind staff, bed not the most comfortable, room had door to the garden which i understand needs locking for safety but means no air, definitely needs fan in the summer.

Stayed for a night in 4 person room and was fine for our purposes as location is good. Is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Free wi fi was good and room was clean. Only downside was that my wife didnt sleep well as there was a dip on one side of the double beds.

Esperienza negativa. Nel complesso la struttura potrebbe essere valutata sufficiente (non di più). A parte che le foto sono piuttosto ingannevoli, la pulizia non è il massimo, ma non è la cosa peggiore, e forse siamo nella media della zona. Ma la cosa grave è che su 3 notti, la prima l' acqua andava e veniva e il personale lo ha giustificato col fatto che fossimo nel piano mansardato e quindi la pressione fosse bassa. Le altre due siamo stati completamente senza. Da sottolineare che ci è stata offerta una camera vuota da usare per la doccia, ma 5 piani più sotto. Ok, va bene, finchè nell'ultimo giorno tutta la struttura non ha avuto più l'acqua. Il personale continuava solo a dire che avevano chiamato per la riparazione. Ero con tutta la famiglia e non potersi lavare non è una bella esperienza. Mi sono dovuto arrangiare con boccioni di acqua comprati per fortuna nel vicino supermarket. Sottolineo che questo sito, nonostante il mio reclamo ha dichiarato di non poter fare nulla a riguardo, con rimborsi anche parziali. Peccato perchè la zona è comoda a servizi e metro (10 min.). Anche se un po'rumorosa per il passaggio frequente della polizia (vicino c'è una stazione della polizia)

Nice room for an overnight stay. Basic and nothing fancy but served its purpose. Staff was very welcoming.

Didn’t get to stay at Comfort Blue. Was sent to a partner hotel (Euro). But did get an upgrade on arrival. Nice room. However there was a sign on the window to say the window was broken and not to open. It was open already. Couldn’t shut it, so noisy until late. Water started to come through the bathroom ceiling and wall at 11 pm. A stream at first, reducing to dripping for the rest of the night. No one at reception to report it to. Had to keep emptying a bin catching the brown water several times. Plaster stuck to the duvet (not myne). And no battery in the tv remote. Not much sleep. Shame as it was otherwise a nice room

Friendly welcome and whilst a fairly basic room had everything I needed for an overnight stay.
