Excellent location for our plans. Clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful staff.

We arranged a pickup from the airport which was a great start. The hotel was lovely and well situated. James the concierge was super helpful - got us tickets and gave us recommendations! The pool/ sauna was a nice feature and they even opened it early for us one day. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

The rooms heat was horrible. It would get very cold and then in the morning hours i was sweating! No blow dryers. Bathroom was dirty.

Spacious room with plenty of light even though it overlooked the internal courtyard. Very comfy beds and quiet corridors meant we had one of our best nights sleep in a hotel ever! We ventured up to the roof terrace briefly but as it was mid-December so cold and rain was forecast they had to close early, which I don’t blame them! Service was excellent throughout though. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel in a fabulous location right in the heart of London. Opposite Liberty and just a few minutes walk from Bond Street Station. Very spacious and comfortable room with lovely ensuite. Friendly and helpful staff. Historic building with an interesting history.

Poor service from staff and a very tired hotel. We stayed over New Years Eve and were given a room where the key card wasn't working. Had to contact concierge every time we wanted to be let into the room which was a serious pain. Staff gave us the run around for over 3 hours saying it would be fixed before eventually admitting they couldn't even get in contact with the repair company. Topped off with only half a shower screen existing on the bath tub and a barely flushing toilet. Good location, right by Oxford Circus. Room was quiet once inside.

Tichy on reception was so helpful, our breakfast served by Ramdan was great and we loved the coffee Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable

Perfect location for the London Palladium. On 2 visits to reception, our door keys still didn’t work so the concierge escorted us and advised the door lock was faulty, along with other rooms on our floor! Breakfasts were basic

Perfectly located in the West End for shopping as walking distance to Oxford Street, Regent Street, Carnaby Street. It’s opposite Liberty’s and walking distance to Soho and Piccadilly. We had a lovely, comfortable room. Staff in all areas very professional, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, not overpriced.

Arrived and welcomed by lovely staff at the front desk, courtesy upgrade our room tho it wasn’t quite ready for us we were able to leave our bags and go out for dinner.

Hotel is good, maybe not quiete 5* as no more luxurious than many othwr 3 and 4 * weve stayed in, no walk in shower for exa.ple just a bog standsrd bath and over shower.but staff were brilliant and friendly and inside is v clean. Only issue we had was room we had was round back and through the night what seemed like trolleys gor waste or somthing was being moved the while length of the back alley, wwe were 4th floor with window closed but it was loud enough to wake u up. Bins got emptied to at 6am on the sunday and again woke us up. Room was v hot to even with the ac unit set to 16c it seemed to make no differnce. For price we paid over 350 for 1 night with no breakfast id expect a little more luxury and double glazing at least. Plus side staff were friendly, looked after our bags no problem at all and spa was ok, had a great sweedish massage treatment, but let down by no wjere to put your clothes aafter so u end up awkwardly carrying them, and the area to go sit and chill after were just 4 bean bags on the floor in a cramped area with a tiny pool and small sauna. Summary, id stay agin if i could get a room round the front and if i could it cheaper, below 300 or the price we paid including breakfast as that would of been another £50 on top which is to steep when ur surrounded by other options.

The hotel went over and above throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and considerate and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be returning

Fabulous location. Room was large with a very large comfy bed and large TV opposite, also had a chaise lounge in the room. However, no hot water to the sink ! We’re going to have a drink in their sky bar about 9pm to be told they were closing for the night. Didn’t see or use the spa. Breakfast was good but would have liked to be offered a pot of tea.

The Courthouse is great for location, but everything else about it is average. It's seen better days and now looks faded and a bit worn out. There's no longer the warm welcome of the past, and if you have to deal the reception for any reason, the response depends on who's working at that time. The concierge and certain staff can be lovely but the majority are often cold and at times hostile depending on the question or issue. If you're simply looking for a base with a bed, then this is great, but if you're looking for luxury and want to feel pampered....look elsewhere.

Hotel ok but we can back at10pm to have a drink yo be told the bar was closed for a private party (no one was there for a party). We were told we could go into the restaurant for a drink and sit in reception (not good enough). After paying £244 for a London hotel id expect the bar to be open to us. We also witnessed a party of 8 being turned away a party of 4 and a couple. A great loss of profit for the hotel because the manager closed the bar and locked up at 10.15pm. Not the ran establishments when you have so many to choose from in London. Also the cleaner came around us at 10.30 and started cleaning and vacuuming the carpets. I’d give this place a miss

Very old hotel, pillows awful and room smelt very old and as if it’s not been used in years. Old decor. Very expensive for what is was.

I enjoyed my stay and it was a great location. The staff were really friendly and it was very clean.

Alt i alt bra. Men rommene bærer preg av slitasje og alder. Prøvde frokost på rommet en dag. Alt som ble servert var kaldt. Så akkurat det er ikke å anbefale men hotellet var ok.
