Room not in the main hotel. Cold / wet walk across the road for breakfast/ Dinner or spa facilities,Ceiling tap dripped all night and the bed was very hard. Nice place to stay but not worth the money.

The hotel is very neglected. We had a broken light switch and tv fob to make the tv go up and down. The floor was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. You could not walk around barefoot. This does not by any means feel like a 5 star hotel

The staff were lovely, Checkin and out were also perfect. I had a few issues in the room, i.e Shower curtain came of it's railings, TV Powered on but couldn't connect to the channels. Very special interior design, not to my liking as very dark but also very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel friendly staff and the Thai food in the restaurant was excellent. I booked to stay another evening.

Once again the amazing front of house ladies were brilliant! Thank you Annabelle and Chloe as always 🙂

Staff were amazing Room was a bit to dark We didn’t like our food in the English restaurant! The chips were really over done And the steak was over powered with to much peppercorn sauce

Rooms look a bit dated now Noise from other guests was so loud

The room was fair value for money but very noisy music from the bar and lots of banging noises all evening til about 1am and again heard banging from about 5am..it was a Wednesday. Staff helpful. Pool not warm and cant be used after dusk.

We booked to stay at this hotel purely for the experience and bath at the end of the bed ect so we arrived at the hotel to be told we don’t have one of these rooms and that we’re on a third floor with a en-suite which you struggle to turn around in has no door on it and is just not suitable for a adult. The room you bang in to one another moving around in there that’s honestly how cramped it is and your door locked internally don’t mean it’s locked we had some one walk in our room at around 2am or gone which petrified my wife and the reception staff were not interested in any of these issues. The only good bit is the bar area in my opinion bar staff friendly but the place felt like it was undergoing some sort of renovation it just didn’t feel finished in spots pool area mainly the money you spend at this place it is no where near worth the money I’m definitely not going to be a returning customer we had a hotel the week before that was amazing for half the money and all staff were amazing. I’m honestly shocked they’ve not refunded me or offered any kind of apology for what we went through. Luke

Always a pleasure to stay here mainly due to the front of house staff. Nothing is ever too much for them, thank you ladies.

Staff and food lovely, loved the roll top bath. However The room was clean but sadly as there appears you couldn’t open the window the wet room and bath in bedroom made it smell bit damp. Which I’m sure could be rectified by room fragrances or air flow. sad the Turkish seating area around the pool has been removed and the Thai restaurant moved across.

I thought the hotel room was very seedy, to the point of making me feel very uncomfortable, as it was like staying in a pimps boudoir. It was also extremely dark even with the lights on
