Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too.

Took advantage of the LFC hospitality package based at the Crown Plaza. Good meal, transportation to the game provided and easy, no issues with my ticket.

Great location next to the River Mersey. Excellent facilites, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Couldn't fault it, we will stay there again.

Our stay was really pleaseant. Only thing was the bath seemed to drain itself.

Friendly reception, well staffed, great recommendations for things to do. Clean comfortable calming atmosphere, with all the amenities and leisure facilities we needed. Watch the sunset on the promenade. Perfect.

This hotel was ideally situated for the cruise we took the following day.

Both us and our friends thoroughly enjoyed our city break in Liverpool with the Crowne Plaza being ideally placed. A special mention to Brad behind reception who was both pleasant and extremely helpful to us throughout the stay.

Wonderful experience right through from check in to check out. Cannot fault the staff or venue it was a fantastic stay. Thank you to all staff. Nothing was to much trouble.

We like the hotel but sometime rooms are too hot and you cannot control temperature. Simple fix please.

Fabulous place to stay if you've got tickets to a Merseyside match. Excellent pool and very friendly staff

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful and seemed always happy to help, really good breakfast. Only stayed 1 night but will definitely visit again.

Clean friendly and well positioned.

Room was great, spacious. The bathroom was modern, but for the price we paid expected things to be perfect. Unfortunately, it was looking a bit dated and tired, especially the pine door. Also the grouting around the bath looked shabby and poorly done. These things need updating and freshening up. We did have a problem with getting the shower to work next morning, so unable to shower. We were pushed for time, so decided not to ask for assistance and went straight for breakfast. We mentioned on check out and it was dealt with to our satisfaction. Breakfast was self service, except for tea/coffee, plenty of choice of hot and cold items and was nicely cooked. Tip for the hotel, get rid of the old dated telephones in the rooms. Not in keeping with the decor!!

This is my second stay here because it was so good the first time.
