Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel

As fabulous as ever! Courteous staff, excellent room amenities and a well-stocked club room! Great proximity to departure hall, literally a 4 minute walk. This has been my choice for many years, whenever flying from Heathrow, irrespective of which terminal I fly from!

5th time staying here in the past couple of years and the hotel is always consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. The onsite restaurant is really very good with freshly made and tasty meals. The hotel is very convenient to all terminals of Heathrow as it's directly connected to T4 and accessible to other terminals by train / tube. Will stay again.

Ideal overnight stay for early morning flight from T4. Just 5 minutes walk from hotel to check in. Room was large and comfortable king size bed. Large shower. All in all we'd use again.

So convenient and great value. Medium walk from the terminal. Rooms were good size and had all the amenities.

Usually stay here the night before a flight - so comfortable and quiet, great breakfast - will definitely be back

Awesome place to stay when you are stuck at London Heathrow airport . Amazing hotel and great service

Had so many issues with the keycards not working. Had to have them redone at least 4 times which was annoying. Then had an issue with the parking ticket I paid for to get out. Not a terrible hotel or stay just got a bit annoying for the end of my vacation abroad.

Efficient stay for Heathrow - with a short walk to the train to London (ticket approx £20 for a zone 1-9 day card). Parking was $25 so if you factor those two things in your daily budget and then need a quick way to the airport then this was an excellent place to stay for a few nights.

It’s an airport hotel so I don’t have very high standards. However, the room was dirty. We were in room 3059. The carpet was stained with darker dirt stains all around the room as well as white splatters next to the bed. I shudder to think what that could be, I think it was bodily fluid. The headboard is upholstered and there were clearly stains of greasy heads on it. I could not believe housekeeping released this room, it’s the dirtiest room I’ve ever been in. On the positive, it’s easily reached from the airport terminal, checkin was quick, bathroom was small but sufficient.

We got the club suite and it was very good sized and a nice bonus was an excellent social hour that went on for more than two hours. We'll definitely stay next time.

It was good. Check-in took an insane amount of time. Probably at least 15 minutes just at the desk.

Walkway to t4

The room itself was clean, but one of the water bottles was looked like it was partially used or tampered with. Traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable with this. Also, after I was in the shower I realized there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, but body lotion, and hand wash. It seems like silly items to complain about, but overall it was a good stay.
