Perfect to end the trip shirt walk to terminal

Room was smelly

While the hotel was reasonable, the location was not walk friendly to the terminals, or staion

Great stay again at the crowne plaza. Wonderful food and service at Sampans. Room was very clean.

excellent staff, keen to help, friendly and polite. clean spacious rooms with fridge . very comfy beds and large tv. very good room. coffe tea and water in room with biscuit’s. highly recommend this hotel as within a few minutes walk to the airport and very nice place to stay. loved it.

Angenehmes Hotel, fussläufig zum Flughafen. Optimal, wenn man einen frühen Flug hat. Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet, leider etwas hellhörig und Türen nicht sehr dicht. Betten wie in England üblich sehr weich.

Great place to stop before a transatlantic flight . Far better than other hotels in the area

Generic 4 * hotel, very pleasant staff. Excellent bed and bed linen. Water pressure a little slow in shower

Great spot for a quick trip. Had issues with the pressure of the shower and toilet. One feedback is to remove the carpet. Not very easy with those who had rolling luggage. Great staff overall!

A convenient, pleasant place to stay before our early morning flight. Staff were all friendly and helpful and facilities were great. We’d definitely consider staying here again

Booked the room as showed double bed and double sofa bed as we were 3 adult ladies. Only single sofa bed when arrived. They said they don’t do doubles even though I showed them the booking confirmation showing double. Pizza left in room from previous guests (which the did clear promptly when asked) Not even my name on the tv for booking so was sure we had the wrong room but they didn’t want to check or offer us the room we had booked. Had no choice as early flight but basically sold under false pretences. 77 year old auntie had an uncomfortable nights sleep on an old lumpy sofa bed & hadn’t wanted to share hence us choosing this room over another hotel. Good location though
