Second time in this hotel and we really like it. I recommend this hotel

Room was clean and nice, staff was really polite. 😊

Noget gammelt hus. Man vil ikke kunne komme rundt i rullestol eller som ældre/ dårlig gående. Gulvene er skæve. Vinduerne tynde og det trak ind. Der var stillads omkring hele hotellet. Der stod sikkerheds boks, men den virkede ikke på nogen af de to værelser og afløbet stoppet i bruseren på det ene. Begge dele forsøgt lavet, men det lykkes ikke. Meget larm fra gade og man kunne høre alt igennem væggene. Når folk kom sent hjem blev alle vækket pga. lyden. Rent og venligt personale. Gode senge. Men vil ikke bo der igen mest pga at det er så lydt.

The staff was very friendly, and the bus and subway are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you for everything.

Pretty disappointing triple room. We were put in the lowest level below the street next to the breakfast room. We were awakened every morning before 7 am with the noise from the breakfast room preparations. The Internet was ok. The bathroom was one of the tiniest bathrooms I have ever been in. The beds were small and only average quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Vi er en familie på 2 voksne og 3 børn, og vi var på udkig efter et familievenligt hotel med morgenmad. Vi fik et rigtig fint værelse i en god størrelse. Eneste minus var manglende skabsplads. Men vi kunne have kufferten “klappet ud” og skubbet ind under sengen uden problemer. Sengene har nemlig vildt høje sengeben. Super beliggenhed i Paddington, nem adgang til både offentlig transport og grønne områder. Vi gik specifikt efter et hotel med morgenmad og elevator. Morgenmadsområdet i kælderen har få spisepladser, hvilket kan skabe lidt kø, men det klarede personalet fint. Alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse.

There wifi connection didn't work for guests. Later in night shift guy was able to help.

Good afternoon

Everything was wonderful and described online. It is quiet and walkable for shopping, food and the tube. Abdullah checked us in and quickly became our friend he greeted us everyday and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything just to ask. I will definitely stay here again. I should mention that while in London I got sick and needed to see a doctor and pharmacy, Abdulla helped us find an Urgent care and pharmacy. 24 hours later I was back on my feet and feeling better. Thank you Duke of Leinster!

Quiet friendly neighborhood!

Sadly, there was nothing to like. This place needs to shut down and repair with a safety and quality mindset. We were looking for a place to leave our stuff and go about our day and rest at night. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave somewhere else after our first night knowing we would loose our money since we had 4 nights reserved. Shower is scolding hot without ability to regulate. Portable A/C unit was not efficient and was leaking on the carpet so we had a smelly, damp carpet floor on a very small room. The fitted 4 beds in there and it was not walkable. Beds are mounted in high wooden uneven legs so your sleep is not good. Towels looked worn and that is a bad feeling. Bed was itchy and it was a lot more expensive that what you would expect. It was us and 2 kids. Not even full grown adults. PLEASE, PLEASE, if you read this review, don’t t stay here. Don’t waste your money and please look for something else. We booked at This place is dirty and poorly managed. Of course no help from staff since there is nothing they can do.

Personalen var mycket trevlig, särskilt vid frukosten. Hotellet har ett bra läge men är tydligt slitet, och rummen var verkligen väldigt små. AC:n stod mitt i rummet och lät högt hela natten, vilket störde sömnen. Tyvärr är det inget ställe jag skulle vilja återvända till.

The room, although small, was still perfectly functional. The only small observation was that the shower cubicle was quite claustrophobic. The staff were very helpful and overall we had a lovely stay there and would stay again.

The property was clean and quiet, and safe for families. The triple room we had was in the basement, and quite sizable. Local grocery stores were a short walk away. The room included air conditioning and a mini fridge, which was unplugged, and took quite a while to cool down. The air conditioner unit did a great job during the recent heat wave. The downside for us was that the shower gave no option for cold water, no matter how you moved the temperature dial. It went from cool to scalding in under 60 seconds. We had to complain at the front desk, and were told that the engineer had gone home for the day, the hotel was fully booked, and we could not move rooms. The problem was fixed the next day while we were out, but their solution was to make the temperature dial immovable. So you had no option of a different temperature other than what it was set at. The breakfast options were ok, but the scrambled eggs were swimming in water, the poached eggs were over hard, and the baked beans were never hot. The tea was great, as was the toast. It would be better if the selections changed changed from one day to the next, instead of the same items all week long. The staff were kind and helpful.

Nice hotel. It is pretty worn out, but still okay. I will choose another hotel next time
