Lovely hotel in excellent position, next to train and tram. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Will definitely stay again

Loved this hotel, couldn’t fault anything

Overall an ok place to stay but no onsite parking so you have to walk across the road to park in a multi story but be aware if you have a large car it’s very tight going around corners etc. also I believe 100% there is a thief amongst the cleaning team. I 100% left my iPhone plug & iPhone cable plugged in at the side of my bed and contacted the hotel as soon as we got to our next hotel with our room number etc, however they then contacted me saying it wasn’t found by the cleaning staff 😡. I know 100% it was left plugged in so be careful what you leave lying around. .

Wonderful hotel great design throughout everything high quality great location staff are perfect quality of food excellent can't fault it in any way i recommend it 100% John Paterson.

Just a one night stop around christmas, location is very good. Nice new building so peace of mind that it'll be up to a good standard. Room was great. Requests met for a childs cot. They even made the sofa bed into a bed with extra duvets just in case which was a nice touch. Noise is very minimal. There was work going on by the tram station outside. Didnt hear a thing. Will stop there again

Communism hall carpet stained and looked grubby. Room very clean and nice.

Stayed twice in the same week, fantastic staff, lovely rooms and great shower!! Had two great meals in the onsite restaurant Marco’s.. staff couldn’t be more helpful!

Lovely hotel with a secure car park just across the road. Discounted parking rate obtained via the hotel. Rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. All you can eat buffet breakfast with a great selection to choose from. Enjoyable visit.

Aesthetically pleasing clean and comfortable hotel. Everything you need in the room including a mini fridge. Well designed bedroom layout and sofa area.

The hotel and staff are excellent, fantastic service, the only drawback is how noisy it is into the early hours of the morning if you’re room faces a bar across from the hotel.

Lovely new hotel just emphasizing the need for more places like this in Blackpool. Friendly and helpful staff always on hand. Marco restaurant added to the hotel.
