Holiday Inn LEEDS - GARFORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

First day full English breakfast was warm but on day 2 we had cold scrambled eggs and sausages were not hot either. Tasty but just lukewarm. Staff friendly and decor was nice

Clean and quiet

Luckily got the room at a discounted price, so it made the stay acceptable. Very dated property in need of a refurb. Good location for what we needed.

Easy check in, premium room with huge bed and fridge stocked with water, Pepsi and Kit Kats. Shower worked well, all good. Across the road is a Steakhouse which was also very convenient and good.

The hotel is worst than travel lodge, breakfast was a bit ok!!! I would not recommend anyone this hotel with family!!!

The hotel does look like what is in the pictures. No lift on tge of our arrival we have to take all our luggage’s and wheels up without lift. They only helped when I went to asked them nothing like porters.the hotel hallway stints sometimes but their breakfast is nice and delicious. The rooms are properly cleaned everyday.

We had lovely time and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very quick check in. Favour, the receptionist generously gave me a free breakfast as me being an IHG member and celebrating my birthday 🎂 Plenty of choice for cooked and continental breakfast Steam and Sauna room are both relaxing, pool in the water could be a few degrees warmer. Comfy beds. Bathroom can do with updating. Good stay overall and would definitely come again.

Breakfast staff should all sing from the same hym sheet !! Had to move rooms as we had a leak But staff were quick to act so no great stress new room much better But thought maintenance of rooms could do with an upgrade

We had a very pleasant stay. Food good, staff friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel for its location, but it is always a pleasure to stay here.

Our stay was in 2 parts Friday was an ext night sat: sun was the official break ( footfall shopping) First night we notic a leak in the bathroom. They were very prompt to assist With the problem But consider to bigger job So we were relocated to a much nicer room 5 stars for the help with this Meals sat morning breakfast was lovely & hot Sunday not so good lup warm no lids on food to keep it hot Monday morning very busy so again food not hot eggs hard But in general everything else was fine Hotel could use a face lift looking tired in places
