Very quick check in. Favour, the receptionist generously gave me a free breakfast as me being an IHG member and celebrating my birthday 🎂 Plenty of choice for cooked and continental breakfast Steam and Sauna room are both relaxing, pool in the water could be a few degrees warmer. Comfy beds. Bathroom can do with updating. Good stay overall and would definitely come again.

Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds

We were able to leave our luggage for a couple of days while we traveled to Dublin with just a smaller bag. That was so very helpful.

Easy check in, premium room with huge bed and fridge stocked with water, Pepsi and Kit Kats. Shower worked well, all good.
Across the road is a Steakhouse which was also very convenient and good.

The hotel does look like what is in the pictures. No lift on tge of our arrival we have to take all our luggage’s and wheels up without lift. They only helped when I went to asked them nothing like porters.the hotel hallway stints sometimes but their breakfast is nice and delicious. The rooms are properly cleaned everyday.

Our stay was in 2 parts Friday was an ext night sat: sun was the official break ( footfall shopping)
First night we notic a leak in the bathroom.
They were very prompt to assist
With the problem
But consider to bigger job
So we were relocated to a much nicer room 5 stars for the help with this
Meals sat morning breakfast was lovely & hot Sunday not so good lup warm no lids on food to keep it hot
Monday morning very busy so again food not hot eggs hard
But in general everything else was fine
Hotel could use a face lift looking tired in places
