Hotel Indigo Liverpool City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Delighted with the quality of and position of the hotel, will definitely stay again and would recommend.

Great stay and wonderfull breakfast. Restaurant at the hotel had great food options. Hotel was on walking distance from the city center. Only point of feedback was that in our room there were no Windows that could be opened.

Veldig pent hotell med god lokasjon i Liverpool. Det var kort vei til det aller meste, og vi kunne gå overalt. Rommet var svært kaldt, helt til vi fant ut at vi måtte selv skru varmen på på rommet. Og varmen skrur seg av om du tar nøkkelkortet ut. Det var et stort minus for oss da vi ønsket å komme inn til et varmt rom etter en kald dag ute i januar. Dusjen var veldig god. Putene var veldig harde, og det var en del støy/sus i rommet, så slet litt med å sove. I baren jobber det en svært hyggelig bartender fra Slovakia, med mye vin kunnskap, til tross for at han ikke drikker vin. Han bør få skryt! Usikker om vi ville valgt samme hotell igjen, og det handler nok mest om at rommet var så kaldt, og de harde putene. Lokasjonen trekker hotellet veldig opp.

Unfortunately our stay wasn't that great.A draft coming through the window and we didn't get much sleep due to the noise coming from the guests in the room next door to us and door's slamming in the early hrs of the morning.

Hotel was ok, was expecting more but all just a bit average. Furniture in the room showing signs of aging, duvet not big enough for the bed. Room clean. Good location. Parking close by.

The shower was dreadful. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay in what is a lovely area of the city.

The room was of poor quality needs an upgrade fllor was all chipped show tray was cracked and window handle was broken off so window screwd shut unable to open

Excellent location (15 minutes’ walk from Lime Street Station) and the welcoming, friendly staff who helped me with everything I needed from taxis that arrived in 2 minutes to borrowing an umbrella. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The Bar and bartender were very nice and enjoyed my glass of wine in the nicely appointed lobby

Water not hot enough, heater in bathroom not working, TV needed new batteries in remote, these little things that add up to make a stay frustrating. When you pay good money you want everything to work when you arrive not have to call room service to get the heating working. The room showed signs of ware also. On the plus side staff were friendly and lent me a charger(forgot mine). Breakfast are was nicely presented with cooked breakfast available, had full english which was again ok, some pastries and juices etc also available. Overall would give a 7 out of 10 for the experiences
