The shower room was stinking It was clean but the drainage system was smelly, vomited whilst brushing my teeth. Big thanks to Sid the barman he was super efficient

We had an excellent stay at Hotel ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf. We arrived before our 3pm checkin time and the hotel staff were able to take the 6 suitcases and bags we had while we explored London. Originally, the staff offered to expedite cleaning our room so that we could checkin earlier. We opted to explore London but appreciated the offer! The hotel is very close to multiple modes of public transportation which is necessary as the hotel is in a quieter area of London--which is nice during the evenings! The closest train stops running (after ~10/11pm) in the evening, but the next nearest train stop is still only a ~15min walk, so still not a bad walk. Although, the walk from the Canary Wharf train stop is a bit on the darker side, so I would recommend remaining aware of surroundings if alone at night (ie not dangerous just dark, quiet and nonbusy). Overall, I would recommended a stay Hotel ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf and would visit again if I'm in London.

The rooms were basic and in need of a good clean. Bathroom needed a good scrub! Beds were narrow and short. This was not the most comfortable stay and I would not repeat it, especially considering the money spent!

First and last time I'll be staying here. Cold, dark and noisy room. Very unpleasant stay.

Bedroom stank of sewage, so bad it kept me awake. I had to flush the toilet and run water multiple times overnight and keep the bathroom door locked and fan on for the night there. Otherwise the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was a good quality 3 star as advertised.

Helaas was de kamer niet schoon bij aankomst en stond een extra bed opgemaakt terwijl we voor 2 gereserveerd hadden. Daarnaast was bestek regelmatig op bij ontbijt en kon je in de lobby niet even een kopje koffie drinken.

Amazing staff! So nice, so patient, always smiling and friendly. I had a package shipped there and they were pretty large and they held the package for me for about two weeks!!

This hotel has a well-cleaned room with enough-large size, located at relatively quiet circumstance. The breakfast options are fairly standard and nothing out of the ordinary, but they are perfectly tasty. It is a 10- to 15-minute walk from Canary Wharf Underground station, and you might get lost if you are unfamiliar with the area. This is because the area around Canary Wharf station features shopping centres and has a relatively complex layout. However, the fact that this shopping centre houses a Waitrose, for example, makes it very convenient, which is a major advantage of this hotel.

Standard hotel, Little bit old but well kept. The only issue was the bathroom that looks like the ones you find on the trains, all plastic.

Unfortunately there was building work taking place outside our room. I was told when I checked in it wouldnt effect our stay, but it did unfortunately. Loud banging from 7am and a drill started at 8am. No way you could releax with that going on! Its a convienent hotel just a shame we were let down by the noise and couldnt relax

Very noise. We arrived to room 102. Clean and comfortable. We required a nap due to a very early start but the corridors were very noisey. Lots of shouting and banging. Our extractor fan was not working but it was late at night before we realised. We were woken at 6am by was seemed to be the floor below us kitchen/reception with the banging of cupboards and doors. This was followed by a continuous sound of running water. Possibly a laudry/ kitchen was my first thought. This continued for 2hrs then it stopped and was followed by further opening and closing of doors from our neighbours room of 101. We decided to just get up and checkout.nleaving the room there was skirting and panelling remived from the walls throughout the 1st floor. The water noise from earlier was from the cistern next door. Sadly we were not very rested and it really effected us the next day. The hotel is beside a very busy roundabout and there is a consistent noise of beeping and sirens. The staff were lovely at check in and bag drop was very usefull.

Clean, friendly, straightforward, no wait or fuss at check in, parking simple. Room was very warm, even in early May, and noisy with window open, but great except for that, good value

It was a nice stay apart some the shower the water kept going hot then cold
