Excellent stay - would recommend

Beautiful hotel, great service. The pool was a little cold for the kids

Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. Enfin un membre du personnel a interdit à une amie de prendre des photos avec le sapin de noël qui se situait dans le hall de l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage et le personnel de restauration sont très respectueux, cependant le prix des prestations nous semble très élevé par rapport aux services.

Room v good and tidy, all staff excellent. Great breakfast. Staff and friendly and professional. Very impressive.

Room great. Very soundproof - can’t hear corridors or doors banging. Confusing lighting buttons and my alarm on phone was changed to not usual sound - by wireless - for two phones. Could do with charging plug both sides of the bed / by both beds (twin) Didn’t do breakfast . Deposit taken 100£ for room damage/ minibar on check in.

Couldn't fault anything from the moment we arrived till we walked out the door as we left

the access to the hotel is very bad. not even the taxis want to take you to the hotel door.

Staff were very couteous and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a fantastic view. Vomfortable beds and quiet. Great access to the O2.
