ที่พักอยู่ติดสถานีรถไฟคิงครอส เดินทางสะดวก พนักงานบริการดี มีลิฟต์ มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ มีไวไฟ ห้องน้ำกว้างใช้ได้ แต่ห้องมืดไปนิดนึง และก็คับแคบวางกระเป๋าใบใหญ่แล้วไม่เหลือที่เดิน หมอนนิ่มไป ต้องวางซ้อน2ใบ ถึงจะนอนสบาย

Great location and nice amenities

Lovely comfortable small hotel. Beautifully restored. Great breakfast. Walked out of train station after travelling from Edinburgh and round the corner and into hotel. Very easy trip al round.

Was recommended this hotel and I’m so glad we went. Everything was so clean and the staff were lovely and attentive. Also a great area and you are a 2 minute walk away from the tube.

Very clean and convenient

The room was lovely (Victorian with bath) and spotless but the outside windows were very dirty, which spoilt the view of St Pancras (one of the reasons I booked and paid for a deluxe room) Breakfast superb but more staff needed to meet and greet. Lovely Kenyan receptionist who was so helpful and friendly. It was late checking in (40 minute wait), but she arranged a free drink voucher, which was a nice touch and made sure I got a beautiful room.

Really lovely hotel with amazing breakfast

I hesitate to leave a poor review. I have stayed here many times before and the hotel is brilliant for location and convenience. I always stay in the couchette rooms , generally I find them overly expensive for the size , but obviously you know that when you book. This time was a stay for just one night and the room cost nearly £300. I was in an even smaller room than normal, this time there was no fridge, no coffee facility in room and the room was even smaller than normal. I just don’t see how the price justifies the room you get. If you book expecting a 5 star standard , measured against any other 5 star hotel I think you would be disappointed. I have to also say that the last 2 times I have stayed , I have found the welcome to be a bit grumpy, no pleasantries , no warm welcome at all. As a positive I always sleep very well here , the beds are very comfortable. But this time I find myself really irritated by the simple things I expect when I am travelling for work, and that this tiny room had no fridge, no coffee maker in room and was even smaller than the normal couchette room I stay in. I don’t think I will stay here again, too inconsistent, too expensive for what you get. Many better options

Great location between St. Pancras and King's Cross stations, and quiet rooms. First room had a nice large bed but there was no shower, just a very deep tub, difficult to get in and out. Changed to a smaller room with a shower, much smaller bed, only room available with a shower. But the shower would alternate between hot and cold water. Hopefully it was fixed after we left. Maintenance issues were dealt with very promptly. Bar downstairs had very loud music, but outside patio was very nice. Excellent steak dinner, good service.

Food was the highlight. Both lunch and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Check in a disappointment. Should have been 3pm but room not ready till 3.50pm. The carpet in the room had a wet patch, which might have explained the lateness of he room being available, but why not dry it with a hairdryer?! Worst thing was no where to sit and dry my hair in front of a mirror!!!! We had a large Victorian room. Be aware the separate toilet has glass doors, someone people may not like that. Bed was extremely comfortable and linen was beautiful.

Amazing hotel.

The room was small which i expected. I loved the pantry at the end of the floor for snacks. Very clean I didnt have breakfast. The bar looked nice, but just walked through It an OK for me as i think the hotel could offer a bit more personal service as it is a small hotel, by telling you that there is a pantry on the floor and cold water in the fridge. Otherwise i would have marked a bit higher.

Nice hotel, with reasonably sized rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient location with lovely rooms and overall hotel atmosphere. High recommended a night or two in this place.

Different desk staff were incredible and more than helpful. Got me to join their club and provided me with a lovely upgrade to a suite.

Tiny reception area ,,,,,,smiley friendly welcoming staff with huge personalities The room was superb , and I didn t want to leave the bed or the room ,,,, shame my schedule was so full Despite being in the hub of transport links nation, and Europe wide, with a bustling crowd, The room with dual aspect windows was perfectly stil peaceful and silent, amazing actually especially with the Arsenal parade on the Sunday directly outside There were many special touches in the room. and as a tea drinker I was delighted to find the addition of the pantry at the end of the corridor, providing speciality teas and a choice of milks, Freshly baked madeleines, and Caramel wafer snacks... What a delight mid morning after shopping! I would gladly recommend this grand old dame of hotels, For it s excelent position and spacious , comfortable well designed rooms, and exceptional staff. I highly recommend staying here . From the moment we arrived it was effortless. The room was so comfortable and quiet . The amenities available in the rooms from hair dryer to steamer to bathrobes and slippers . Outside the rooms on each floor was a small kitchen area to make coffee or grab a snack. A nice treat to come back to the room from dinner to find chocolates and bottled water on your night stand . The convenience of being right across from the Train station was unmeasured! To come out of the hotel , walk across the street and not have to call an uber priceless ! We will definitely be staying here again .
