Parking was great staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had too change rooms though but it was no hassle at all as they went beyond their selves too help new owners only 1 month alot still too be done but food was exceptional

The room was dated, the carpets were stained and the room dusty. The staff were unhelpful. There was no safety hand rail in the bath/shower to facilitate safely getting out of the bath/shower. The noise from the entertainment below the room was horrendous and unexpected as no warning of live music when I booked.

Lovely hotel, big beautiful rooms, clean and crisp. Beds were the right combination of soft and firm (no hotel backache). Not too hot, just right. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. And it was QUIET. No noisy Aircon or thin walls like some places I've stayed. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in (between the UK, Munich, Copenhagen, Bratislava, Budapest, Vienna, and Paris). Would love to stay again sometime!

Free parking OK Paid for large breakfast but suspect that I only received a standard one. Mentioned this to the member of staff and was told that it was a new chef on. No other apology. A due to a long wait, a customer who ordered two poached eggs on toast got up and left without receiving his order. Restaurant not busy. Hotel was in centre of town so easy to meet up with friends for dinner in town. No cereal with breakfast. Somme staff did not appear to know what they were doing.

I would suggest they get a new cleaner and actually clean the rooms and the bathrooms and have new silicon around the shower tray as it’s full of mould and the toilet was disgusting

Don’t do it!! I stayed here before and thought I’d give it a second chance, big mistake. It’s called a hotel but when I went to bed around 9.30 I couldn’t even hear my tv from the noise at the bar. I called up and spoke to Laura who I asked when does the noise die down. Laura responded with well they’re locals and if you want to escalate it call head office. I knew it was a freehold but still, I asked for the number when Laura told me to google it. As it got louder I called again and Laura told me that we look after the locals and she’s never had a complaint in 2 years. I heard Laura and the regulars be rude about me as it was THAT loud. This hotel needs to decide whether it’s a hotel or a pub. Just don’t do it.
