Personnel très gentil et attentionné. L'hôtel est vraiment très cosy, idéalement situé pour les visites des principaux lieux de Londres.

Less than 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf Tubes, or a few minutes from Poplar DLR, this hotel is a great find, was cheaper than a Travel Lodge and so much nicer. Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean well equipped rooms. I will be re-booking when I'm next in town, for sure.

Only issue was we hadn’t realised that the restaurant was Indian. And along with the bar were under separate ownership

I was really impressed with this hotel. It's a beautiful oasis in Poplar. I was blessed to be given an unexpected upgrade and got a room with a sky view - stunning. The room is very modern and well equipped - fridge, water, coffee etc. A good shower, basically everything. I only stayed the night to be close to City airport and it was so convenient as only a short walk from the DLR. Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to try out any of the amenities on offer but I have no doubt I'll be back.

Perfect hotel, extremely pleasant stay here. Only downside is it's a bit of a walk from the centre of Canary Wharf.

Friendly and welcoming staff on the front desk. Clean, large room with good air con. Great to be able to use the gym, which was fairly small but perfectly functional.

Lovely building, a building with character and high ceilings, lovely staircase, lovely decor, lovely staff, breakfast was really nice.

The property was lovely , the room beautiful clean and well stocked. All of the staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located v close to the dlr and a short walk to both Elizabeth’s line and jubilee . Would stay here again for sure.

Hard to fault this hotel. Everything was fresh, clean and the staff were great. Building has an interesting history. Only area for improvement is that the room needed instructions on how to operate the lighting and air con/heating - a staff member had to pop up from reception to explain it to us! The immediate neighborhood is a bit dull and down at heel but it's well located otherwise .... only a couple of minutes walk to Poplar DLR station and 15 mins walk from everything going on in Canary Wharf.

Hotel was good and staff were super friendly. Fitness room poor and no where nearby for a good run as far as I could tell.

Don't stop here, they charge a deposit to cover any breakages, when you check out they say they will refund it straight away, nearly a working week later and I still don't have it back. The hotel looks nice. Rooms, bed on one floor, toilet and other amenities downstairs, bit of a pain. Won't book here again, they rob you of your money.

Die Junior Suite ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sofa und ein bequemes Bett, inklusive zwei Fernseher. Personal hat uns über alles gut informiert. Da die Suite im obersten Geschoss ist, muss am Morgen das Wasser 5 Minuten laufen gelassen werden, was aber dem Charme des Zimmers gar nichts abtut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt unglaublich genossen.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had booked a room and travelled all the way from Manchester to Canary Wharf. When I was literally five minutes away from the hotel, I received a phone call informing me that my room had been double booked and was no longer available. This left me completely in the lurch. Due to concerts and exhibitions taking place in the area, virtually every hotel nearby was fully booked. I spent over two hours walking around Canary Wharf desperately trying to find somewhere else to stay. At one point, I genuinely thought I would either have to sleep on the street or travel all the way back home and miss the event I had travelled for. In the end, I was forced to spend an extra £100 (£300+ extra total) to stay on a local canal boat, which was a far inferior experience to what I had originally booked. What makes this even more frustrating is that the hotel offered no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience caused. The only compensation offered came from Hotels.com. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund (£200+) and have been told that I need to chase this up myself by calling, which is far from helpful considering the situation was caused by the hotel's error. Mistakes can happen, but leaving a guest stranded in Canary Wharf with virtually no alternative accommodation available and then offering no meaningful support is simply unacceptable.

It was clean and very conveniently located and great value.

Great staff, very clean with great service

Had issues with the room in the club room had smell and the air con was noisy had to change on day 2. Second room the organon was much better no issues. Wouldn’t suggest break or meal, it was rather smelly down restaurant
