London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

Very nice, accommodating staff & convenient location!

Clean room and Courteous staff

Marriott Heathrow is very clean with a great restaurant. The only downside is that there is no shuttle to the airport; this seems like an obvious amenity to offer for an airport hotel. I had to book a shuttle at additional expense; I would have much preferred it to be included in my room fee.

Loved how close to the airport it was, the staff were super lovely and the rooms were clean and spacious.

This was a sad experience for a Radisson hotel. It felt dated. The staff was nice. Restaurant dinner service was slow by breakfast staff were good. The bathroom felt like something from a 2-star hotel.

Stayed here on a one-night layover. Very “American style” (free standing modern building with big rooms) Marriott other than not having a free shuttle to/from airport. Uber was a little over 20GBP. Because the hotel is not on the airport grounds, You can walk around the corner for about a 1/4 mile and get a decent meal and a beer at a neighborhood pub that has indoor outdoor seating called the Pheasant. Very welcoming and avoids eating in the hotel restaurant although the hotel restaurant was not terribly expensive and looked okay. There’s also a pharmacist and grocery store around the corner the other way about 1/2 mile off if you need anything.

We were staying just night and it was close to the airport. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service was good. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was great for our needs.
