Lovely greeting with very attentive door staff, check in was simple with a welcome glass of sparkling wine. Rooms were very comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Bar too with its stunning views. Would have been nice to be able to access some snacks or food in the bar a little later in the evening.

The hotel and staff truly exceeded our expectations. Hotels in tourist areas can sometimes be a bit dated and lacking in attention to detail. This couldn’t said of this hotel which was warm, comfortable and decorated beautifully for the festive season. All staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel valued as guests. We strongly recommend!

Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Nice view from hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Would say tea and meals are seriously overpriced. Staff tried to sell upgrades for rooms which devalued the place.

Magnífico hotel cercano a los lugares turísticos más importantes. Un hotel excelente por su limpieza y comodidad, pero lo que lo hace mejor que los demás es su staff, el trato era de lo mejor, siempre hicieron todo lo posible para que estuviéramos cómodos y felices, sobretodo Sachin, el mejor del staff, hizo que este viaje fuera maravilloso.

The room and service was impeccable during our short stay in London.
Although a little pricey, the convenience of being right on the south bank within easy walking distance to many sights was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend.

너무 근사한 전망을 가진 숙소였습니다. 런던에서 유학하는 딸과의 추억을 남기게 해달라는 저의 메일에 최고의 응답으로 최고의 방을 주었습니다. 라이브러리의 에프터눈티도 좋았고 아침 조식도 손색이 없었습니다.
모든 직원들이 유쾌하고 친절했으며 퇴실후 짐보관뿐 아니라 남은 케잌을 냉장보관해 주었습니다. 런던에 오면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the Big Ben Tour, the parliament and the Westminster Abady, I didn´t like that when you arrive, they try to sell you more, also the Concierge did not give us the best recomendations on how to spend our time, you call the Bell boys to pick up the luggage and 30 minutes later we had to get our own bags downstairs.
