Staff were nice, very helpful.

Had better stays, although pleased I had the option to upgrade to a suite. However, hotel looked very tired, old fashioned, no air con unit in suite.

Disappointing room, very tired looking, lots of mould around bath/screen in bathroom. Not what i expected for a 4*

Checking in was on and staff were friendly! Going to our room it got hotter and hotter! On first look to just drop our things the room was ok but extremely hot! We stayed two night and each night was unbearably hot! At one point I woke at midnight and thought I was going to pass out as it felt about 50 degrees in the room! On our first morning we had a shower, which was needed after the amount of sweating from the heat! However getting out of the shower over bath the bathroom floor was like a lake! There were two holes in the bottom of the bath so a lot of the water just went onto the floor! The drain was also FULL of hair so the water in both the bath and sink too forever to drain….i was not picking out someone else’s head of hair! We did tell reception of our issues after the first night and we were told “we will try and get a maintenance person to take a look”. Well nothing done so we didn’t chance a shower the second morning depite smelling from sweating all night again! We checked out and we’re not asked at all how our stay was and we put our luggage in the store room to collect later! We went back later in the day to collect our luggage to find a Que of people who had waited for a member of staff for over 30 minutes,they had tried to call the numbers and the bell but no answer! I just wanted our luggage so I tried the storage door and it was open,I grabbed our stuff! Not very secure! A cleaner then walked through reception, who didn’t know where all the staff were!

Lovely spacious room, impressive water pressure and hot water - filled a bath tub in about 2 minutes! Excellent location and helpful, friendly staff. Can't comment in any of the other aspects as I didn't drink or dine at the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and attentive we arrived late on the room was boiling hot and theradiator stuck on. There were marks in the sink clearly not cleaned the kettle was hidden away in the wardrobe, we decided to have a drink at the bar waited ages for someone to turn up to serve theprices were extortionate £22.95 for large red and diet coke Then to top it all offvwent to breakfast had a full english turned up missing black pudding had the toughest piece of bacon ive ever seen and a toughmpiece of what ive never seen befire

Hotel isnt particularly well kept, seems a little run down and dated, threadbare carpet on the stairs, windows screwed shut but you can still hear the noise from the street outside, food on the floor in the corridor from a wedding the night before. We got woken up by a gang of scaffold work

Bathroom was in a wedge shape... i literally had to turn sideways to get to the toilet and im not that chubby.

No the carpet had quite a few stains on it. Staff were excellent Bar had no gluten free beer and was closed early 10 : 30 pm.

They scam . When I checked it , they need me to fill up online form. The app requires me to pay 30 pounds deposit and claim refundable. The app is not processing if I am not paid anyway.i trusted that i have not captured any screenshot for prove. Of course the kept my deposit and replied me it was non refundable. They are scammer. When I first I saw the fitted sheet upper dirty. I messaged them no response

We stayed in a comfortable room which was serviced every day. Enjoyed the in room tea and coffee . Overall a nice stay. 😃

Rooms were adequate. A bit short of cooffee, tea and milk. Showere very good but room needs some attention
