They cancelled on us as we were standing at the door, leaving a family of 5 stranded in London without accommodation between Christmas and New Year... not nice!! I booked the apartment in August already, then tried contacting them from 9am on the day of check-in to arrange check-in, but no response. Eventually at 2 pm Hotels.com managed to get hold of them and they said they couldn't accommodate us. Kudos to Hotels.com for arranging alternative accommodation (albeit 1 family room instead of a 3-bedroom apartment due to short notice). I wouldn't trust this establishment again.

Dejlig centralt og fint hvis man ikke vil lave noget særlig i køkkenet. Sengene er af skiftende kvalitet

So the worst experience I've ever had.. spoke to the apartment owner before setting off, who asked several times about no parties which i had confirned. He asked to me to call 30 min before arrival. I called and he said he would send someone to let us in. On arrival no one present. The owner then switched off his phone. He then blocked my number. Wasted over an hour. Expedia were very good and tried to contact him, no luck. Ended up ruining the night, although we got booked into holidayinn around the corner eventually. The apartment owner is a very dishonest person with no regards to your stay or plans. Avoid at all costs, expedia are investing. Again expedia have been great at managing all of this.

Great place and location. Missing a few amenities such as glasses and scissors, bottle opener.

My apartment was at the top of 4 flights of stairs, but the manager helped with luggage. No air conditioning and plenty of street noise came through the open windows. Worth the price, though, for 1 night. I needed to buy soap; there was plenty of shampoo and conditioner.

Would happily use again - it’s an apartment not a hotel .

Fordele: Huset/lejligheden var fint indrettet og lå i et pænt, stille kvarter - ingen støjgener overhovedet. Lå desuden tæt på Oxford Circus og al offentlig transport, inklusiv bus til lufthavn. Havde alt det nødvendige inventar. Ulemper: Lejligheden bar ikke præg af samme rengøringsstandard som anvendes i Danmark. Der var desuden ingen toiletpapir eller køkkenrulle - til gengæld stod der stadig efterladt shampoo og håndsæbe, samt modeblade. Vi syntes personligt heller ikke, at sengen var god at sove i; en enkelt tynd pude. Ligesom der kun var to badehåndklæder og intet til at tørre hænder i. Manager var ikke til at komme i kontakt med.

Enkle, men store leiligheter. Kjøkkenet er lite utstyrt, uten mulighet for å lage mat. Vi måtte tilbringe første av tre netter i en annen leilighet pga dobbelbooking. Denne leiligheten hadde veldig dårlig standard. Den vi fikk de to siste var mye bedre. Ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til Oxford street.

Check in was difficult because the phone number on the website went straight to a full mail box so I had to contact hotels.com to get an alternative number to call for the key. However, once I had the other number to get in touch they were very helpful. The apartment was very nice with one major flaw. There was a microwave and hotplate but no saucepans or cooking utensils to be able to cook anything; to be able to do so is why I book an apartment rather than a room in a hotel.

I had an excellent stay at MAP Apartments, they were super helpful and very accommodating. The studio room was clean, comfortable with everything one would need. It was very quiet and close to Oxford Street, tube stations etc. I would definitely stay here again without question and would highly recommend to anyone needing a central overnight stay in London.

modern, clean, spacious - great host , goes the extra mile

I arrived to find the apartments locked and no one available. The number sent to me with the booking was not a valid number. The number listed on the Expedia website was "unavailable". I was stuck out, freezing, on the street. I had to ring the Expedia helpline. They put me in touch with the landlord, who was just cross that I was inconveniencing him. He said he would be there in 15 minutes with a key. In 15 minutes I got a call from another man who said the first man wasn't going to come, but the second man would come in 45 minutes. I had to say that I would call the police, as I was on the street, freezing, alone at night. He then very reluctantly explained to me how to find a hidden key, so that I could let myself in. This is not a professional apartment: it should not be on the Expedia website. These men are cowboys, and it is not safe to stay in these apartments. They are also a fire safety risk, as there are no fire exits from the top floors. Do not stay here.

I stayed in this comfortable executive apartment for a mid-week business visit. Smart, newly decorated and generally in very good condition, but there was some minor work to be carried out which meant there was no tv during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful but slightly late upon check in. Ideally located for Oxford Street/Hyde Park visits.
