Overall the room was ok, the bed was very firm for our taste. The duvet had seen better days though the linen was clean and white.

Staff were very nice . Could of done with some form.of lamp.in the room.. ees the room was fine. Thank you 😊

Breakfast needs more warm options for vegetarians ands vegans.

Bed, rock hard, very uncomfortable. TV thinks it’s yesterday, when the guide comes up it’s showing what was on the day before!

Room was clean and spacious and all the staff were extremely frienfly and courteous

Check in - rooms not ready when we arrived after 3pm. Told to wait at the bar, no drink offered. Room - we were in 354. Horrifically dated, blank plates over old sockets, heating doesn’t work so there was a plug in oil radiator for us, toilet takes about 30 mins to fill between flushes. The shower - worst I’ve ever had in my life! Takes about 10 mins (no exaggeration) for hot water to come out, and it’s literally just a dribble. Staff were good, can’t fault them. Breakfast was good, but on the whole it was a let down considering we paid £225 for the night. Very disappointing stay overall, we only went there as another couple we know had already booked for the same night. Should have just stuck to the Hilton, which was available for slightly less per night that this. My honest opinion is that even a Travelodge puts this place to shame.

The staff lacked experience and confidence, especially dining room staff. The pool areas were very good. The food was ok but nothing special. The rooms and beds were fine and the location was good - very easy to use the park and ride into chester

Great location a few minutes walk from Chester Park & Ride. The staff are all great, reception were really friendly every time we passed the desk and made sure we had the best room for our needs and breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful

Worst stay i have had in over 20 years rooms dated with mould on windows and bathroom carpet dirty walls marked food was horrendous and my wife chipped her tooth on a burger which could not be even broken in half with a knife complained and nothing done about room I have complained to hotel spent over £340 on hotel food and drinks and left after one night

The front desk staff were so incredibly friendly, they really made us feel welcome. The room was great, really comfortable bed and the bathroom was amazing! We stayed in the suite and it was worth it! The only thing is that it's a bit run down in places in the room and there was no plugs next to the bed but nothing major, overall had a really pleasant stay!

Polite staff

Staff were very helpful and courteous, the room was clean tidy and warm, the only downfall is that the shower could of done with a handle and not just the fosset from the ceiling.

We enjoyed our stay in Chester. Our room was clean and well cared for. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
