Nice Location, clean room and good breakfast

Wir haben ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht, jedoch nur ein 2-Bettzimmer erhalten. Laut des Hotelpersonals ist das immer der Fall, wenn nur zwei Personen einchecken und sie waren so ausgebucht, dass man es auch nicht ändern konnte. Zahlen mussten wir dennoch den vollen Preis für das größere Zimmer. Frühstück war gut, bis auf die furchtbare Fenchel-Bratwurst. Im Zimmer fehlte Klopapier und Handtücher auf dem Boden wurden nicht gewechselt. Für den Preis grenzwertig.

Meget hyggeligt område, meget søde og dygtige Pernille. Værelse var fint men ekstra seng var udslidt.

Eigentlich ein Recht nettes Hotel. Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Das Bad sah stellenweise nicht schön aus (besonders die Dusche). Rost an diversen Stellen und die Fugen waren Mal hell gewesen. Über die Armatur würde wohl auch nur grob gewischt. Leider haben wir uns da nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Dafür war das Bett Recht bequem. Mobiliar zwar auch in die Jahre gekommen aber es ging. Diverse Flecken an der Gardine und der Badezimmertür haben wir versucht zu ignorieren. Es war in Ordnung, würde aber leider nicht ein zweites Mal buchen.

This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future.

Der var til husbehov med trænings udstyr dog ikke så mange maskiner. Rengøring kunne godt være bedre, overflader blev ikke tørt af, og der manglede altid toiletpapir. Dog blev der redt seng hver dag og vi fik nye håndklæder Ok morgenmad, og super sødt personale Hvis man er til et stille område er dette helt perfekt, dog anbefaler jeg hvis man skal se de fleste attraktioner at finde noget over i soho området

I enjoyed my stay for unite the kingdom, the bar taps weren’t working , over than that enjoyed it and staff were helpful and polite , great location also , I’d stay again

The communal areas were really smart. Our room was perfectly adequate, however I had booked a superior room and it didn’t feel that superior more standard. Also I was pleased that we didn’t need the air con on overnight as it was really noisy. Breakfast had very good options

The hotel was beautifully presented and clean throughout. The food served was very tasty, with ample choice of breakfast food. Unfortunately, the hotel service was underwhelming to say the least. We arrived to find our booking did not include the free breakfast and it was “sorted”. The following day, I checked my bank to see that I had been overcharged for the free breakfast which meant back to reception and a 3-5day wait for a refund.The bedroom had lots of great amenities including slippers, robes, coffee machine, docking station etc. However, the room was only set for 2 people and there were 3 guests, with no robe and towel for one guest, no coffee pods and only two mugs. The little details go a long way! During our stay, the most disappointing experience was the dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were the ONLY 3 people in the restaurant and we were there for 2 hours. The service was diabolically slow, it took about 20minutes for our coffees to arrive and when they did they were foul. We were offered a replacement which unfortunately still didn’t taste great. When the bill came, I asked to remove the service charge and was asked why, which I thought it was quite clear why, but also unprofessional to ask. When checking out we were asked about our stay to which I explained the above. We were then asked on the spot what rating we were going to give and told that anything under 9 is bad for the business which I felt pressured, awkward and unprofessional.

Lovely hotel, comfy bed. Really quiet room.
